I was a client for six years, and had a mostly decent experience with The Co-operators. However, my insurance rates kept spiking for no reason, and I couldn't get them to lower the rates despite having plenty of other quotes from other brokers that were much lower. Fast forward to the end of 2020, I received a letter stating that they were arbitrarily revoking my home insurance. The reasoning provided was that I denied entrance to my home for a house inspection." At no time did I ever receive any request for any kind of home inspection. I have kept all of my correspondence with them since I became a client in 2015

They are more available compare to other insurance providers. But they are not known to improve offer even if driver's status changes from G2 to G or years of experience increase

EVEN NOT DESERVE ONE STAR. SEARCH FOR BETTER PRICES OUT THERE BEFORE COME TO THIS PLACE.Because of COVID 19 on March I've changed my car Insurance to Comprehensive mode. then on April tried to change it back to the regular insurance and they increased the monthly payment instead of decrease the amount in this difficult time.You may pay the same amount like the people who lives in Toronto.I will cancel both of my car & home Insurance soon.

M’y husband and I have bought all of our life insurance for ourselves and our children with Mitchell. We will be transferring our home and auto over once renewals come out based on the high level of service we received. We will also be transferring our investments over now that he can accept them. Highly recommend.

Mitchell was able to provide competitive rates and transitioned us from our old insurance company. Has anyone ever looked at what you actually pay for in your policy? He took the time to explain each expense in creating our quote. We recently had a roof leak in our brand new kitchen reno, it was a mess!I am working with him on moving some of my investments over and prepare our child for hopefully a secure future. He has helped my wife and I walk through a multi year investment plan which makes sense for us and not some generic solution.

Before i met Mitchell at the Co-operators i was stuck with high rates for my auto and home insurance but he helped me getting the best insurance rates and managed to save me a lot while getting better insurance plans that fits me better. Highly recommend asking for his advice specially with all those changes and rates fluctuations
