Took my son there to rent him some skis and boots. called the day prior and they met us in the morning to gear him up before hitting th mountain. they told me where to get lift tickets in town as well. overall great experience.

I'm not a Jasper local but for 25 years I've been treated like one at Edge Control.Don't let the size fool you, this is one of the best Ski Shops in Western Canada.

Great local business for all your skiing needs. They specialize in ski & gear sales and rentals. The owner is very knowledgeable in the field and only carries top quality products. Great place for people who are new to the sport and are looking for a complete rental set or for the experienced skier looking for high end skis to demo or purchase. They recently downsized and moved a few shops down the street and will only be open seasonally. Recently purchased new skis and bindings from the shop and the owner gave me a much better deal then I could have found in any store in Edmonton.

Went into that store to rent some crampons for the afternoons tried to make small talk with guy wouldn't even acknowledge that I was there. And than I was asking him if I where to be late to drop the crampons where can i drop them off? if something to happen to us, He was like NO... Make sure you are here back for closing time. He got referred to us from the rental company definitely won't being back to store... no customer service whatsoever!!!

Had a great experience renting from Edge Control. Friendly, helpful and the fit was great. Really appreciated the requirement of a vaccine - this was a big draw for me to rent here. Equipment suited me well. Would recommend.

I highly recommend Edge, as each time we have rented gear or purchased, they have been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Great small town feel to the shop and the staff can relate to the business. Very convenient also as you can miss the busy rental at the hills and pick up the evening before.

I got the impression that the owner was well experienced, however he made me feel unwelcome and as if he was inconvenienced by me being there. It wasn’t terrible overall but the owner needs to treat his customers with a degree of welcomeness.
