absolutely 5star service for me this week - I had booked in a couple of weeks ago, knowing that my windshield was coming in from Edmonton - arrived at my appointment Wednesday at 9AM after confirming that my windshield had arrived, it was in the morning shipment - as I pulled up - my phone rang and a very sheepish employee said- we are SO sorry - your windshield came in BUT its BROKEN - I can reschedule for tomorrow morning - went in today - my new windshield was in and intact, now installed, they did a great job - clean, friendly, exceptional service - and I had a rear wiper arm that needed replacing - I've been packing it around for 4years ;) and they happily installed it for me - no charge! Highly recommend Crystal Glass! BONUS - Of the 7 glass places in GP - they were the least expensive by almost $40!

We were able to get someone to drive out of town to look at our broken patio door on the same day we called with no cost. No one else in Grande Prairie was willing to come out unless they had enough people in our area to make the trip worth it."When they got here they were straight up and honest and let us know of a cheaper way to get the glass in our door repaired. In a time like this when many local businesses are hurting and would love to make a couple hundred dollars

I had an unfortunate issue with one of my windows here at home. I contacted Crystal Glass and a pleasant lady answered the phone. She requested the manager drop by (same day- which I wasn't expecting) took some measurements and ordered the glass for me. He told me it would take around 3 weeks for the glass window replacement to arrive. 3 weeks came and voila.......I received a call from them saying my glass was in and they wanted to book an appointment. Two glass technicians dropped by and replaced the glass in a timely manner. Very discreet, professional, clean, and on time - FANTASTIC !! I will be contacting Crystal Glass for any future repairs / replacements - whether it be for my home or auto - (from start to finish) these guys are professional and do a great job at a reasonable price! Thanks again!

Amazing service. Amazing staff. Thanks to Dylan Tozer for staying late on Saturday to clean up the glass from my sunroof and “patching” it up so I could get home. Thanks to the girls for finding me an almost impossible glass to get without waiting months, and getting me in to get it repaired so quickly. I would highly recommend Crystal Glass in Grande Prairie AB. Even though I live two hours away, it’s my new go to place!

I phoned around to every glass place there was. The average rate was $100 more than what we paid here. Our windshield needed to be replaced we had rust that was leaking water into the vehicle. He took the time to sand the rust down to make sure that we had a proper seal on the windshield and was kind enough not to charge us any extra. The staff was very friendly and the gentleman that replaced the windshield was as well.

I had my windshield on my car replaced with ease. I was able to contact in advance by email to organize the windshield and I was quoted very quickly.Pricing was reasonable and was quickly installed. I would 100% go back and recommend to anyone requiring a replacement or rock chip fix.

I got a huge rock, on my way home from work @ 3pm, which almost went through. I went and talked with the beautiful young lady upfront and she helped me get set up with my insurance and got my vehicle in right away. The staff was very upfront about any charges that may occur and what may happen to the multitude of sensors on my vehicle. Thanks again for the amazing service!

We needed a few panes of glass replaced in our new home...the service was fast and friendly, and the prices were competitive; though the person we dealt with initially was not sure how to fix the window frames, which are quite old. This required an unnecessary second trip into the store before they were fixed. Our experience was otherwise fantastic and I would recommend.
