Shower Deluxe

Long time customer, renovated our main bathroom 20 years ago and the product still looks great today (bit of clouding on the glass, but its been 20 year). Just finished added a new bathroom on our 3rd floor and there was no question how we would finish the shower enclosure. The glass is a custom fit and goes from tile to tile with no bulky frame around the outside. No messy channel on the bottom where water sits and gets disgusting. For the easy of cleaning and durability there is really long term value in shower glass doors by shower deluxe. Great communication and deliver as promised. thanks again see you in 20 years ;)

We were thrilled with the service we received from this business. They followed through with their original quote and were extremely professional and prompt. We renovated our bathroom ourselves but when it came to the shower glass I wanted a custom installer because we were hoping to have a pivot door rather than a sliding door and we weren't sure if there was enough room. Fortunately when they came to measure they said it could be done. The only question was whether we should go for the diamond coating. I hemmed and hawed over that but I'm glad we opted for it. We absolutely love how easy it is to keep the glass clean. We just use a squeegee. Thank-you Shower Deluxe and sorry it's taken me 6 months to write this review!

We recently had Shower Deluxe install glass over our new shower/tub. We had been deciding between glass or a shower curtain but are very happy with the decision to put glass in - making our bathroom functional and more modern. After Shopping around at a few local glass shops for back painted glass backsplash, we were so happy to find Shower Deluxe online. I was a little worried at first because some glass shops I had contacted prior werent fully understanding what I was looking for. When I spoke to Shower Deluxe the lady I spoke to knew exactly what I was talking about and directed me online to see some work they had previously done. I was also concerned because they are located in Etobicoke and we are in Cambridge but she assured me that they also service my area. We are extremely happy with the service, quality and workmanship of Shower Deluxe. The turnaround time was exactly as expected. We truly appreciate and love our new glass backsplash in our kitchen and it was the finishing touch that we needed. We highly recommend Shower Deluxe for you glass backsplash needs.

Shower Deluxe installed glass railings and a glass shower. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable professional and reliable. All the work was done within timelines we set and when there was a hiccup (I didn’t think shower door fit perfectly) they came back right away and changed it. The glass stair railings, however, were perfectly measured, cut and installed. Couldn’t be happier with how they look and the service I received.

Working with Steve and the Shower Deluxe team has been a wonderful experience. Very friendly and organized crew offering a quality and personal service. I’m happy to write this much overdue review for Shower Deluxe. Approximately four-years ago we had Steve and the team at Shower Deluxe install a glass shower enclosure during a washroom refresh. The service and communication throughout were exceptional, and Steve was able to address the challenges of a small enclosure in an older home that was slightly out of true. The installation happened when promised and was exactly what we needed.But the true measure of service is how a company stands behind their work when something goes wrong. After four-years of regular use, and well outside any reasonable warranty period, we experienced a minor issue with a hinge caused by a manufacturing defect. This was clearly no fault of Shower Deluxe, but rather the hinge manufacturer. Notwithstanding that , Steve responded to an email quickly, and within a week had one of their installers come by to replace the hinge.We can’t recommend Shower Deluxe enough! Both the quality of their work and their outstanding service is second-to-none.

Shower Deluxe installed a glass railing for us 10 years ago which was beautiful. It was damaged recently and Shower Deluxe came and repaired it and also added a similar style railing going to our basement. Workmanship was excellent and professional and we are again extremely happy. We would highly recommend them.

I am very happy with the work provided by Shower Deluxe. We just finished a full bathroom renovation and this high quality glass shower door really helped modernize the space.
