Great place to shop some good cloths.. collection is seasonal.. so not sure if you get what you want.. staff is amazingly helping and polite.. the only flip-side is their hours of working… closes at 5/6 pm on weekends…

Horrible check out process, two cashier's with a line snaking up by the entrance, additional cashier called only after an already long wait. One register doesn't accept cash which is fine but no notice or signage. It's no surprise why brick and mortar is dying with every third store in this area being empty. Usually I like to try clothes on before purchase but it seems I'll have to increase my purchases on Amazon as a result of this experience.

I ordered some pants online and had to return one item that didn't fit. The woman I spoke to online for The Gap told me to bring it to this store. When I arrived the cashier told me my items could not be returned or exchanged in store. Instead of turning me away the staff helped me in their office, print a shipping label and were very kind and professional. Thank you Cassandra, Michelle, and Alison. I really appreciate your patience and time. The customer service was beyond what I expected. Great job!
