I have used LPH on a few occasions and they have always been a good company to deal with but the reason I am writing a review today is to commend them for the amazing after hours service. I noticed that my furnace went down at around 10:30PM. I was able to quickly troubleshoot that it was the ignitor that failed. We live on an acreage and have young children so I did not want to wait until morning for a repair. I left a message with the after hours answering service and Wyatt was quick to return my call. Within about 2 hours we were up and running with a new ignitor installed. I could not have asked for better service!

We called about 4 weeks ago in regards to having a tech come out to quote us on an AC unit. Tech called and said they were coming out on Wednesday. Wednesday comes around and no one shows up…we called a couple days later to inquire. The woman on the phone was very nice and said they would get the tech to call us back ASAP. 4 weeks later and we are still waiting for a call… horrible service. Glad we went with someone else who already installed the system for us.

My husband and I are beyond satisfied and pleased with the work this company has done for us. They installed an in garage heater and their customer service was beyond reproach. Denis and his team were extremely helpful, polite and took the time to answer all of our questions. Will use this company again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone!

Had a technician show up today to unclog out main drain, super friendly and professional. 10/10 would recommend and call them again!

I called on the weekend. Chad came and fixed our water leaking problem. We were very surprised the price was very reasonable. And best of all the repair was done immediately. We were very pleased.

I am a tenant and due to a miscommunication within the company managing my property I was without AC or heat for 2 months. Finally I got a call from LPH and they genuinely cared about getting my furnace up and running as soon as possible. They were very friendly on the phone and managed to squeeze me into their schedule on very short notice. The service was quick and professional. Highly recommended!

I've used LPH to install an ac and a furnace in two seperate occasions.Most recently I had a blower motor go and had to replace the entire system. My furnace totally died and I was left without heat. I had 3 company's including LPH give me a quote. The second company that came said that LPH would beat their price 9/10 then went on to explain that its because LPH is a smaller business they can provide prices closer to cost but that warranty would not be the same and repairs wouldn't be done as well. I was quoted 5500 at the lowest price for a new furnace by the other two companies and they bad mouthed one anotherWhen LPH came, they were extremely professional, did not bad mouth any other company and simply described what they needed to do and offered me space heaters until I could get a new furnace in.I got a quote less than an hour later. Cordelle brought me 4 space heaters, and booked me in for the next day. The installers were great, friendly, respectful of my house and professional.If I can save you time booking several quotes. Go LPH. It's cheaper, less hassle, more personable and very professionalI had a similar experience with the AC install years past. I dont think I'll ever bother going with a different company for anything HVAC related

Had a furnace not working, called and they had a technician out and it was up and working in a timely manner. They are consistently doing good work for me and my clients and are my first call for plumbing and heating needs.

Had LPH out yesterday morning to clear a toilet clog. My kid had stuffed half a roll of toilet paper down there and the our plunger/snake wasn’t clearing it. Dakota was quick to clear the clog and have things running smoothly again. Great service, will definitely call them again.

Had my furnace repaired by another company and it had developed a vacuum noise and had the repair person back and he could not find it or fix it . Had PLH out today and they had it fixed in short order knowing what they were doing and will save myself money and just call them the next time I need service . Than you LPH .
