Had to drop off a pickup for a recall part and on the way in, my heater blower motor went out. They fixed the recalled part AND fixed the blower motor before lunch time. To top it off, they washed it for us as well. Kudos to Jamie and the service dept - they went above and beyond my expectations!

Have been working with Jadon for the last several months on purchasing not just one but many pickups. Got a deal struck recently and he made sure we were treated good and given the royal treatment despite all the time and test drives he’s given us which would probably annoy a salesman. He stayed dedicated to our deal and made sure we were happy. I appreciated his conversation and everything he did for us.

I am a 68 year old man wh was 1000 miles from home.I was so tired, I put the wrong fuel in my diesel rig, which is a Ford .I called several places and could not find anyone who could address my issue.A tow company recommends I call Beaverhead Motors.Jamie is quite possible the FINEST service advisor? , manager I have ever dealt with.She made no promise, but would get on it as soon as she could.They stayed late that day and had it done the next day by 1:30.I wish I lived close by so I could have someone of her quality and knowledge service my vehicles.Dillon Montana is lucky to have her.

Amazingly easy buying experience, especially considering it was an out of state transaction. Collin met us at the Bozeman airport with our brand new ride and gave us an expert run down of the vehicle, making sure we were comfortable before starting our road trip home. Brad, Cyrah and Christy were awesome to work with and we really appreciate how honest and easy going they were with the buying process. You can tell all these folks take pride in what they do. Second time to Beaverhead Motors very good service on phones and in person. They ask you what you need done soon as possible and get things done right. Another thing is I did get a Ford repaired here even though it is a Chevrolet dealer. Great service I will come again if I need something worked on!!
