Good people, doing difficult work. Humanity and Dignity are clearly valued by those I have met at AFM.

They discharged me based on heresay with no proof of the situation. They pulled me out of the middle of a group to tell me that o had to leave because they knew that a situation had happened but had no proof and we’re still looking into the situation. While this was happening they had two workers invade what was supposed to be my safe place and literally stuff alllll of my belongings into whatever they could as quickly as they could then proceed to lock me out of the building without a new start date that I was told I was getting. I got into the building to get my start date and the male security grabbed me aggressively twice. So I removed his hand from me twice. The rcws had to tell him to back up and leave me alone. When I got home I realized that I couldn’t smudge because they had not only taken but also threw out my sage. They’re very invasive and disrespectful to a culture they claim to promote and disrespected and disregarded everything that THEY taught me while I was there. Very ghetto. 10/10 do not recommend.

Sad that u dont screen ur volunteers better.
