When you buy any properties by Anthem, please think twice. They build the house with bad installation with many fault issue. When you submit a ticket to fix it, they delay it until warranty goes out. Think twice!

They have a great sales team, home build is decent for a manufactured home. I’m not one to complain or write online reviews, but as my community is still being built, we find that their after sales service is slow, their project manager not responsive on requests on topics such as roadway issues, incomplete and deficient landscaping. It would have been a 4-5 star review if they could communicate clearly and regularly with our issues.

I couldn't be happier with our new condo from Anthem. Overall, the design team did a great job with the building and the online Homeowner Care platform is incredibly impressive.Unfortunately, 9 months into occupancy, the heat pump system by CGR, malfunctioned, causing a flood that affected a number of levels, including our own unit. Several months later, a second flood occurred, also caused by the system, affecting several levels above us. Most of those affected have been living in temporary accommodations since November 2022.I think Anthem has done a great job setting themselves apart from many other developers but I was disappointed that there was no apology issued to the residents regarding such a significant deficiency for a new building. Two reps from Anthem conducted a site tour following the first flood and also offered no apology on behalf of the company. I was reassured I could reach out to one of them--Brittany from Homeowner Care--about any concerns, yet I never heard back from her.Through correspondence via our property manager, Anthem stated that they will do the right thing" and cover the damages associated with the second flood. What about the first flood? I question the ethics of this.During the repairs

Anthem Properties stiffed me out of thousands of dollars last year. I lived in an apartment building Anthem purchased to demolish. According to law, Anthem is required to pay me a monthly top-up payment to compensate for whatever rental increase I accrue from being forced to move. Anthem's relocation experts" insisted I heed their advice throughout the process

We live in Anthem built townhome. They did not install the base heater correctly. Because of this, worms are coming into the home. Even though the home is in warranty, they are not ready to fix the issue.Did not expect this from a reputed builder.

Do your own research with the city and other owners before buying Anthem Properties.We purchased a presale and were informed that central AC and or mini split systems would be available to add after the house was completed. We thought that it was weird to have to rip open the house for central AC after building it. Why not include central AC while the house is still a pile of dirt? The messaging was because at pre-sale, the purchaser has no legal rights to the home and would only be able to add central AC after completion for legal purposes. Okay... I guess that made sense... to someone who's not in the industry.Come completion and during walk through, the homeowner care team told us no way was central AC possible and shared with us that we had been misinformed. We spoke about minisplits and the agent responded with, if I were you

Do not buy Anthem property developments. They will stiff you from presale amendments to after purchasing. Wynwood green was pre-sold with the amendment originally stating EV stalls were for waitlist. You are purchasing the most expensive investment in your life and you're made to feel take it leave it, except you can't leave it.They KNEW they only had to build 12 EV stalls when they submitted their development permit (# 16 113392 DP). But their amendments stated there were going to be 123 stalls pre-ducted with conduit and related electrical equipment" . "The strata corporation will be responsible for the administration of the Resident EV Stalls"They ended up stiffing the idea and simply started offering owners to pay Anthem to UPGRADE your stall to have an EV charger for an additional $15
