Gordon and his crew did an excellent job in removing 1 overgrown Cedar tree and trimming my other 4 Cedars which had grown over and into my power lines. The trees were trimmed on both sides (neighbours and mine) to balance them and they made it work. An extra bonus was that they arrived early to set up and started the job promptly at 8am., cleaned everything up, took it all away, even taking some of my other yard trimmings. AND an Extra Extra Bonus is that they were the best price! I would certainly recommend Black Mamba Tree Services hands down. Gordon and guys, thank you again for a job well done.

Gordon did an amazing job with topping an overgrown cedar hedge in our front yard. When he came to assess the job, he clearly explained potential issues that could come with cutting them too short and provided options on what route we could take. The service was done professionally, with the result exceeding my expectations. He cleared the area around the hedge of debris, and I noticed that he even went out of his way to clear some additional debris that was on our porch. I had an overall great experience and would definitely use his service again in the future!

A huge thank you to Gordon and his crew!!! Matt, Rusty and Connor performed such a challenging task of taking down our 70 feet cedar tree, followed by a thorough clean-up. Gordon was recommended to us by another arborist that didn't serve our area. From the start Gordon was very responsive and helpful. He came out to have a look at our trees and gave us an estimate. We have two large Douglas Firs in our front yard that needed some maintenance. On the day-of, Gordon and his team were right on time. They were very professional and took care to ensure everyone's safety. They were quick and efficient and I was very impressed with the clean up. In fact, they left the front yard tidier than they found it. I highly recommend Gordon and his team. When Gordon came to give me a quote for the work he listened to my concerns for the health and structure of the trees and the limited access to my driveway by lower branches. Gordon came up with solutions that satisfied our city's guidelines, my concerns, and my neighbour's concerns also. On the day of the pruning Gordon and his team worked skillfully, with all the safety gear to get up into the tree, and worked efficiently to cut and clear the debris. I am so pleased with the results!Gordon is knowledgeable about fruit trees also and will come back when the apple tree goes dormant to prune. Additionally, when the oak trees have their leaves he will come back to inspect the health of those trees that are struggling. Professional, knowledgeable, skillful, friendly service and great value!

We were hit in Feb 2019 by the same storm that shut down the ferries and decimated Sewell's Marina in Horseshoe Bay along with much of the coast. 3 very large fir trees were uprooted 15ft from our house and were hung up at a 30 degree incline threatening serious damage with the next big wind. Gordon and his crew came in and were surgical in their approach laying these trees down precisely avoiding any structural damage. We have employed many tree services over our 40 years on Bowen Island so we had some first hand knowledge of the challenge. They were calm, cautious and calculated and very efficient.Highly recommended for a job extremely well executed.

These guys are great. Not only were they expert in falling, dropping this large Fir tree exactly on target, but they efficiently removed all the branches and bucked up the rest - into more bite-size pieces. They finished by chipping all the limbs, raking up all the tree debris and finally, power blowing the site clean - hauling everything off. They left the entire area neater and cleaner than they had found it.Black Mamba Tree Service, well deserves every star.

My experience with Black Mamba Tree Services this week was fantastic. Work started at the time promised, Gordon and crew were amazing. They are highly skilled. I watched the team work and interact with each other and was very impressed at how they rushed forward to help each other and ensure that the work proceeded as quickly, efficiently and safely as it possibly could. They really cared about helping each other, and there were no slackers holding back. The job they did was absolutely amazing. I cannot praise them enough. They also gave me a very good price. They left the site cleaner than it was when they came. Best of all was the fact that they are all thoroughly lovely people, and it was an honour to meet them. There were no miserable-looking people.
