Been going to the south location for 15 years. Food is generally fine, but has deteriorated over the years. Do not order takeout as you will get smaller portions for the same cost. What the heck happened to the spring rolls? Half empty and extra greasy. You can squeeze out table spoons of oil. The downtown location is better now, but not by much.

We have been to this restaurant many times over the past 10+ years, but the service has taken a nose dive for the worst. There have been many occasions where we have been waiting for a very long time to be seated, and an even longer time to order our food. The waiters are not friendly and one, the short and older lady with short hair, even demanded for a tip when we already included it in the bill. The food takes 30-40 minutes to get to our table and is mediocre at best. This evening, we were seated after 10 minutes of waiting, even though the restaurant was empty, and waited 15 minutes to be approached by a waiter. It is my wife and I's anniversary and I wanted to treat her to a better experience.

Used to be my favourite Viet restaurant, but the prices have significantly gone up and service and quality has gone down. Language barrier with some of the newer servers which made it difficult to ask for things like dipping bowls, normally comes out with the Pho soups.

Ordered pad Thai and pho. Pad Thai had no flavour and looked nothing like the picture on the site. Missing peanuts and everything that makes the dish. They admitted to forgetting the plate of veggies that goes with the pho. Just an overcooked ball of noodles, minimal beef and broth. The service is usually lacking but was especially lacking on this visit. Cups of water had no ice and were half full. We finally got a refill late into the meal. The waiter looked confused when asked for the pad Thai to be a little less spicy. He said that they would give us regular. Half of the restaurant is storage and the wait staff support the counter with no care. Laughed a little to myself when I saw the “tip recommendations”. Bland and disappointing. Not going back.

I use to REALLY like their food but I got pad Thai and fresh rolls and it was all complete garbage! Dinner for wife and I cost $90 and I feel there was a crime in charging that...Avoid at all costs and order elsewhere.

It's kind of expensive compared to other vietnamese restaurants we go to, which is unfortunate. Can't go wrong with the classics. I usually get the beef noodle soup with the carrots. It's really good here, they give you SO much beef and carrots. So is the pho with beef n meatballs and Pad Thai. Popcorn shrimp, deep fried rolls, and fresh rolls are typical and good too. The owner is a little hard to understand, even with my experience with accents (I'm Korean and have plenty of fob relatives), but she's really nice and energetic. She will help with the menu, too, if you're looking for something to try but are unsure. With a try.

Very dirty bathroom. Walls seem to have never been cleaned.Staff do not speak english clearly, making it hard to order.Order was once totally forgotten about with no apology.Good bubble tea. Decent food.

Delicious food...good service but felt like we were being seated in the middle of an empty restaurant, and asked to be seated elsewhere more comfortable. She said they were busy and a lot of tables weren't clean. We did sit elsewhere though, but the lights in the ceiling flickered the entire time we were there. A bit annoying for sure. The food was really good...service was super friendly but needed a tad more attention (needed more drinks).

AWFUL food quality and INCREDIBLY AWFUL customer service. We were regular customers for years. This last time, (there were 3 of us, the restaurant was not busy as it was around 4:30pm) our orders did not come out at the same time - 1st order came out then the 2nd order came out 8 mins later and the 3rd order came out 15 mins after the 1st one. The 2nd and 3rd orders were the spicy curry (one was chicken and other shrimp). Both came out WATERY - like DISH WATER - we only had a couple of mouthfuls. Brought this to the attention of the server and told her that we wanted to send it back - they said sorry that it was not good" but they would not take it back. Then we asked not to be charged for then (since we did not eat them) after which she spoke to the owner and then they only offered a 10% discount on each of the dishes. WOW - talk about SUPER BAD business practices and ethics. So the moral of the story is that the food was BAD and customer service DEPLORABLE - We ill never go again!! Please enjoy another restaurant!!"

I go here often. Their English is not the greatest. But it’s good most of the time. This time I asked for extra sauce 5 times and she even showed me which one and I said yes. Then I get home and only 1 sauce. The kicker is they even charged me for the extra sauce. Very poor management. Also check out the fresh spring rolls. Have you ever seen them open on both ends like this ?
