I've been here twice, and the first experience last year wasn't great but dropped by a couple of days ago, and the lady behind the counter was a huge help! Will be back with my wife to finalize the color of siding and other details!

Bad place to deliver loads. Unloads truck that arrived after me and when it comes out my turn they simply say customers first" and you end up sitting there for hours. Not coming here to deliver another load."

Be leary of this store and of Roofmart in general. They may sell you discontinued material (and not really convey it is discontinued) and then when you are short say too bad". They discourage over ordering by asserting their unreasonable re-stocking fee but then brush you off when you try and obtain additional material and you find out it is discontinued (all the way back to the supplier). When you submit a request for resolution or complaint via their web form (the only way to contact them electronically) the request goes un-answered. Think twice my friends. There are probably more customer oriented places to make your purchase."

Fantastic and knowledgeable service. Was in and out in about 15 minutes and on my way with a few pieces of reasonably priced new siding to replace a few pieces that got damaged in the recent hail storm. I brought in a sample, the gentleman at the counter could tell at a glance what brand it was, grabbed the swatches and came up with a pretty close match. My only complaint is that they aren't open on Saturdays so it's a bit of a pain to try and get there during work hours during the week.

Restocking Fee is Outragious! This was my first time purchasing product from Roofmart and I am not sure that I will again. My husband recommended this company because he has had good experiences in the past for business. We were siding our home and asked for white corners but were given the incorrect color; we had to bring the corners back and exchange them as they would not come and fix their error even though we paid a delivery fee. When we returned the excess product, we were charged a restocking fee of 15% which amounted to $200.00 which in my opinion is outragous for 4-5 boxes of excess product. Their product is good but the additional charges made this purchase excessively expensive.

Several times i Had to pick up 1 skid of product. Took hours for one skid took get loaded. Also other customers behind me got served before I even got anything. Poor service tbh.hurry up and wait.First come last serve mentality
