Urban Kids

Such a bad service, always they close before the scheduled even more than 30 minutes. Today, Sunday I was there and it was closed at 6:15 pm.

Limited size availability, clothes are picked over. Good prices though.

Urban kids attendant on Saturday 14 was unwilling to exchange defective kids wear. She first argued she doesn't have same one to which we mentioned we are ready buy anything else. Then she argued that the bill is from urban planet and she cannot do the exchange. In same mall we went to urban planet shop where they denied taking kids wear and asked me to go back to urban kids. This is redicously insane and trouble some experience. I have to now travel more than 100 km to get this exchanged from the same shop I bought where urban kids and planet are part of one shop. Customer service is useless number which I couldn't go through after several calls.

Today I bought 2 pairs of pants for my son from this store. Since the fitting rooms were kept closed, we had to take it without trying. He tried the pants at the fitting rooms of Marshalls, which we stopped by right after leaving the store. One of them did not fit. About 20 minutes later, when we went back to the store and wanted to return the pants and get a refund, they said that we could either change it or get a store credit, but they couldn't refund according to the company rules. If you keep the fitting rooms in your store closed and do not allow your customers to try on clothes (you can't use Covid 19 as an excuse, there is Covid 19 in your store but Marshalls doesn't?) you have to accept return and refund if your customer does not want exchange or credit. It is banditry to say that I will not give the money I once took. You have called it the company rules! Stay away from this kind of stores saying Company Rules are everything, Customer Rights are nothing.

I was shopping at Fairview Mall yesterday for Eid and out of the 10 stores that I had visted, this absolutely had the best customer service that I had received in a long time. Very welcoming staff, that know what they're doing and seem to enjoy it as well. Both the young girls that were working on the floor and the change room were great, patient and very helpful!! Will definitely be shopping here again!!
