I highly recommend Maison Birks. I always experience exemplary customer service with the SAs and management. I have been working with Eric at the Core and Mariana at Chinook for years and they have always come through for me in my journey of watch collecting. They are very fair and honest and if you are patient you will come away happy! Eric is extremely knowledgeable about watches and is great for chats about all brands. I would love to see the addition of VCA jewelry, similar to Maison Birks Montreal.Lastly, special shout out to Eric and Magdalena at the Core for the recent allocation of my grail watch! Cym helped my fiancée and I customize a 3+ carat fancy yellow diamond engagement ring and she was wonderful throughout the entire process. My ring looks beautiful and I always get compliments. I will continue to purchase from her for sure. The staff in the Rolex section are also very helpful and I hope to acquire some timepieces soon - Magdalena provided me a lot of information and education which was very helpful.

I got my first Rolex watch yesterday at Birks. I would like to appreciate Kim and Scott for providing an excellent assistance and advice for the purchase. Scott replies email frequently and answers all of my questions. Kim is an awesome sales and had a pleasant talk with her. I would definitely recommend this location and I would come back for my future watch purchase even though I live in Toronto. I am willing to fly in to Calgary to get my Rolex watch with this fantastic service and vibe. There weren’t a lot of people because of the appointment requirement which made me so happy. Every staff wears mask and Birks is complying to the safety protocols. I comprehend the low-supply situation of Rolex. It is difficult to get one during this special time. Nevertheless, I got the one I loved!!! The Rolex Datejust!! Love it!!
