I have been a customer for over 15yrs. I highly and only recommend Pal Dry Cleaners as the go to spot for all of your washing/dry cleaning/alteration needs.Formal/casual/sports/work wear, winter jackets, suede products etc.....

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star for how they treat their employees. My friend has been working there for a long time and they don’t even give them a break for a 5, or 10 hour shift. This is against the labour law and I will be making phone calls. Every 5 hour shift gets either two 15 minute breaks, FULLY or one 30 minute break, in FULL. This repeats if another 5 hour is worked. This policy should be in place, and signed by ALL employees.you tell your employees that they get a break here and there whenever they arnt busy. Now how a business works. You will be looked into.

I have been going to this laundry mat for 5 years. Never had any issues until recently..twice my clothes have not been dried in their dryers after 50 minutes. First time the machine was not reaching temperature- the lady paid to redry my clothes in another machine but was rude as hell up until she realized it was the machine not working. Today it happened again and she blamed it on me not closing the door properly.. which would have been fine if she wasn't so rude about it. The older gentleman, and the middle aged man who I assume is their son have always provided me with great customer service. Disappointed that she feels the need to be so downright rude to paying and loyal customers. I will not be returning to this laundry mat.

Last week I dropped off 2 dresses for dry cleaning and was provided a receipt which I've enclosed below reflecting $38 + tax.Today as I attempt to pick them up I was advised that the owner jacked the price up to $56.50 as they believe these to be brides maid dresses.Are you kidding me? Nobody called me to verify if I would accept additional charges! Talk about an unpleasant surprise bill.I'm completely shocked at this type of unethical and unprofessional behaviour. What's worse is that the only employee working said that there was nothing that he can do and the owner was offline. He asked me to come back later and had the nerve to say It's only like $10 difference." Oh brother you have to be joking right?!I explained that I live out of town and changing the price on me is not fair. His response was that there was nothing that he could do. My dresses were basically held hostage until he could get ahold of the owner.Worst experience ever."

Convince with most banks near by. shopping centers and a dollar store in the same plaza. Washers are 3.50 a regular load 6 for a double. 6.50 for superwash. Dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. 15 minutes is great for a small or medium load.
