Very well maintained facility but they do have some issues. 1) When you book parties, the time they give for room includes playtime which doesn’t make sense. 2) There are no dedicated parking spots and depending on time/day you may end up not finding any spots in the complex. 3) Party rooms are not great. Maybe, their intention is not to spend lot of time but given we can’t control how longs kids eat/celebrate, we can’t really control that.

Reason for the 3 stars was because on this particular visit. I actually called ahead to check to see if the location was open.But when my daughter and I arrived, we were turned away because the location was filled with parties and at that time they were only accepting persons/children who had already paid online for their admission. Walk-ins were turned away. Not sure why they did not indicate this over the phone.My 3 year old was crying because we had to leave.. Was tough explaining to her the situation even though she had seen so many children already playing there...Some of the families were actually leaving the building at the time as well and therefore, the capacity was definitely on the decline. So I was not pleased to find that someone was not keeping a running tally of the amount of persons in the building. We were turned away regardless. and it was just the two of us.

Really good indoor amusement site for children of all age. Loved the trampolines and the big slides. This place has everything to keep your child and you entertained. The cafe inside offers halal food so thats a check.Playcious is totally worth the money you pay. A must go place. My toddler loved it

I purchased tickets online, also purchased an arcade card for 30 points. When I got there they said the card I purchased cannot be used for the arcade, it can only be used for a train ride and rock climbing, I had to add more money to the card for arcade. I think that’s ridiculous!!!The toddler part is okay but small, 30 minutes is more than enough for the whole place. I would look into other playgrounds and not recommend this place.

very nice and clean… appropriately priced … have tons of arcade options for kids too..very professional and cooperative staff.. only downside is their packages are a Tad expensive but not unaffordable.. had a great time hosting our friends and family for my toddler’s first birthday ! The place is super clean. Staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable. But train ride and rock climbing is limited to 2x only. But you do get 20 credits to play free arcade games. Good choices of food in cafe.

Had a great time with my kid here recently. It was not crowded on that day and had plenty of space for my kid and the other kids there. Loved the trampoline and arcade games too. Their timing mentioned in website is not strictly followed, not sure if it was for that particular day. You may give a call and ask before heading out. There is a toddler area as well, which is not great, but not too bad. There is ample parking spaces and party rooms as well.

This playroom is spacious and very clean. Plenty of seating available and tables/plugs for laptops. The staff is great, they go out of their way to make sure the kids have a great time. There is a dedicated space for babies and toddlers as well.

Great arcade. Have activities for every age. My son is 2 and he enjoys not on the toddler area but the slides in the jungle gym. There is a train ride as well as climbing wall and a trampoline section. One for the little kids and one for adults. To top it off there is an arcade and a snack bar. We enjoy it everytime.
