Good products, but mismanaged and unreliable company. I ordered mine in the beginning of March. The supply of my order (2 Adirondack chairs) was delayed from the beginning of May to the beginning of June and now to the end of July. And who knows if that is the end. My level of trust in this company is zero. If you find their products in stock buy them. But beware of ordering non-stocked chairs.

Highly recommend after 3 years of all season weathering at our condo commons application. All items (chairs, tables, benches, loungers, stools and deep seating) have surpassed expectations for quality, sturdiness and colour fastness - even in high sun and wind! Swivel chair feature and cushion tie backs were good options.

The beige pub set with table, two swivel chairs and two fixed chairs purchased from Bradford garden gallery in Springwater. Last month was about 600 dollars more, glad I waited !Great help from the staff, very friendly.The product went together easily but the instructions could be a little clearer.Some edges of this plastic product could have been sanded better to get rid of the fuzz, no problem with a little sandpaper. If C.R. Plastic products reads this can I submit my fee for the time it took to sand the edges ? No ? A complimentary T shirt ?Anyway, it’s still new let’s see how it holds up over the summer.

After purchasing $7-8,000.00 worth of furniture, our white dining room set with 6 chairs as well as our white high top bar table and 2 chairs have turned black. Any attempt to have rectified has failed. Although faded, our coloured furniture is fine.

Very disappointed in the quality control in the manufacturing of these expensive chairs. Took forever to find two that were not defective. However still not perfect! For the price they should be flawless and the owner of the store we bought them from seemed annoyed with us. Have other chairs from a different manufacturer and no comparison in quality and they are over 5 years old.

Overpriced and under performing! CR Plastics white furniture cannot be kept clean. This is a Material Defect. And, they do not honour their warranty. It was suggested I clean my furniture with a toothbrush!!!

We are upset of this product. We have buy a summer set (one love seat and two singles Toffino black) in may 2021 from Club Piscine Québec with delivery scheduled august 2021. We have been inform they delivered in November 2021, too late for the 2021 summer.We took possession In April 2022, and following our installation, we experience multiple pre-assembly problems from bad ou false jig to dad size of screws that produce holes in the furnitures.We were told by the distributor that, due to extra long time of delivery (around 18 months), we should look for a rebate instead of replacement.Than:1) bad product2) bad delivery3) bad service after sale…..

We got our love seat and sofa for the pool deck 3 summers ago. We are super happy with the furniture as it is heavy (great for our windy location) and still looks great after plenty of use. We are especially pleased by the sofa cushions because even the day after a heavy rain storm they are no longer wet and are ready for use again.

We have purchased over 50 of the Adirondack chairs and love them! They are sturdy, will last forever and never fade. We keep them outside on our back decks and guests rave about them. They are well worth every penny!

Very unfriendly manager. Had to pick some household stuff the manager is very very rude and lies about everything he has no professional skills as how to deal with customers. Joe woods is his name company should look into this. He should not be there we were very frustrated dealing with his attitude and behaviour.
