Salk Street Vapor Shoppes - Pickering

By far one of the best spots to go to when looking for any vaping products. The staff I have encountered are extremely friendly. Particularly Billy, he is a kind soul looking to help you with whatever there is you need to know about the products you're getting. They have way better prices when compared to other shops. Only downside is this place is a little bit hard to find for the first time. But once you find it you'll be coming back again.

This shop has great products at very affordable prices compared to others I've been to.The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.I've been going since it first opened 4, 5 years ago. Always a good experience!!

Used to really like going to the Bloor location but I moved out of the area and wanted to continue giving them my business by ordering online. From what I understand the Pickering location is the main one so orders are all shipped from here.Sometimes they ship via UPS which was great since they deliver straight to my door, but other times it gets sent through Canada Post who only leave a card and make me pick it up at the nearest post office a day later. Kind of redundant since I have to pass 3 other vape stores on my way there. That's not Salk's fault, but a couple months ago I called in to ask about how to get all my orders shipped with UPS, or what the criteria was, since it seemed pretty random and there was no option to select it at checkout. I was told I would get a call back about it but I never did.I placed an order two weeks ago and they only just got in touch with me yesterday to tell me that what I ordered is out of stock.Also the website has somehow been getting progressively more broken as time goes on. It worked fine a year ago.The rewards program is cool, but it's one of the features on the website that doesn't work a lot of the time.

I walked into Salk street Pickering location two days after the traitorous snow storm because my then novo2 was lost in the snow. I was introduced to one of the workers there by the name of Billy.I was first set on purchasing one of the uwell caliburns. He brought the ones that were available on top of the counter. I asked several questions in regards to the two caliburns. Then at the corner of my eye I saw a device next to him which happens to be his device. I was immediately intrigued by its looks and inquired about it. From there Billy gave me the full break down on the Vaporesso Xros 2.Billy was beyond informative about the Xros 2. He explained everything from demonstrating how to set it up, inserting / filling the pod, battery life, turning on/off, recommend air flow passage, and pod comparison. He even went about breaking down how much I would be spending in terms of vaping everyday with this device as to purchasing a disposable device. From there I was fully convinced and purchased the Xros 2.I’ve been using this device for about 3 days now and I couldn’t be more happier. If it wasn’t for Billy and his great customer service, knowledge, and overall being informative. I would’ve past the opportunity in purchasing a great device like this.Thanks Billy and Salk street Vapor
