Silk'n - Home Skinovations Inc.

This company (Home Skinovations) markets awful, very dangerous, products. I got my skin permanently damaged because I used -as instructed by the product guide- one of them.Complaining so far has been fruitless. They provide excuses for any claim. Silk'n won't acknowledge any responsibility whatsoever.

The product I have is the flash and go. I've had this for a few years now and it works great. Overall I've noticed less hair growth. Not only is the product amazing, customer service is helpful, and friendly

Terrible product. Terrible customer service.

I bought the silkn infinity hair removal from silkn.ca’s website almost two years ago and I have been using it biweekly ever since. All I can tell is that the product doesn’t work. The hair will stop growing for a while, but after I stopped using it for a month all the hair grows back. I have had laser hair removal from a spa clinic before, and I bought the product hoping that I can remove the few remaining hair that I have without the need to go to go to the clinic. All I can say the few strands of hair still kept on growing.

I am trying to return a product which is unsatisfactory. It's is impossible to reach customer service thru phone numbers they provide. I called , sent e-mails, left messages still no response. I will NEVER buy anything from this company. Be aware !Im writing this much later. My problem was actually resolved positively. I did received a refund . Customer service was just too busy to respond sooner."

I bought Silk'n Infinity probably close to two years ago. The first time around, I'd used it as recommend, but nothing changed with my hair or growth, so I tossed it on a shelf. About 3 months ago I started using it again after deciding that I should either use it or toss it.I started using it once a week even though it's only supposed to be used once every 4 weeks (figured I had nothing to lose anyhow). But what a difference now! I have very little hair left, and what is there is super fine. I can go several days without shaving and I'll only have a few soft stubbles but I'm like 98% hair-free now.Before this I could shave 2x day because I would have a 5 o'clock shadow and one shave a day wasn't enough.So the device actually did/does work, I just had to make my own treatment schedule to see results. I'm glad I didn't toss it out because I actually love this thing now, and it's the first time in my life I've had smooth legs!All skin is different, but I'm what would be the ideal" candidate - really pale skin and super dark hair. I use mine on level 5 and have had no trouble. It's the frequency of use that made all the difference for me.This isn't medical/treatment advice

They deal with body contouring, liposuction, skin rejuvenation, and other cosmetic procedures.

We bought the Silk'n Flash&Go Pro Hair Removal Device from Home Skinovations for our daughter. She is just starting using it, so far the instructions are straightforward. I will let her write her own review after she uses the device for a while. What I want to mention here is the amazing customer service. I had an inquiry after buying the product and the reply and feedback was totally satisfactory. If the product works as good as the customer service is, I guess we could say that this company is worth a 10/10.
