Carnitas El Rolys
Ordered the carnitas tacos and the baguette off UberEats. The portion of carnitas that come with each dish is MASSIVE! There is at least 250g of carnitas per dish. The carnitas was very juicy and have bits of pork fat imbedded for extra juiciest and flavour. My only wish was the carnitas was pan fried a bit to add some crispness.

This was our 3rd time getting carnitas here. We buy them and eat them hours later, or the next day. We take the meat & fat and fry it in a pan untill the fats begins to melt and the meat gets crispy. Heat the corn tortillas in the same pan once the meat is removed and enjoy. So juicy and perfectly seasoned. We have had carnitas at local restaurants that have been dry... not these ones! We make out own pico de gallo only because my spouse loves my fresh pico and serve it with chopped cilantro and their yummy sauces. Service is friendly and quick. Only waited about 10 mins for a 3/4 kilo order. We will be back again :)

The best And authentic carnitas I have tried in Vancouver. This is the real And traditional flavor of Michoacan. It took me more than one hour to get there, it totally worth it. Thanks Carnitas El Rolys¡!

Just bad experience after bad experience with these guys. We ordered their kilo of carnitas, about $70 and it all needed to be thrown out. Tons of disgusting skin and scraps. There was literally no meat. I told my husband to never order again but he did give them another chance. He called and asked if they have tortas ahogadas. Specifically said ahogadas. The woman on the phone said yes they sell tortas ahogadas so he and his crew ordered them. Not only are they not tortas ahogadas (they're dry buns with meat in them), but they also had the audacity to charge a $6 delivery fee PER TORTA. Absolute robbery no one charges separate fees, that makes 0 sense it's one trip not 7. He's finally going to stop giving them opportunities and wasting his money.

Have been buying carnitas there for months. Very delicious. However, there has been a few incidents that will make me stop supporting this business.Placed an order for 1kg of carnitas (specifically asked for lean meat) and bread in the morning to be delivered later in the day. Received a box of left overs with 375g of skin and the rest was fatty meat. No bread. When this was brought to the owner’s attention, he told me that the delivery was later in the day and I should be happy they were able to at least give me something. To which I told him that the order was placed in the morning. Then, the owner apologized but still asked me to pay the full price. Sent the etransfer. Won’t order anymore.

Amazing food, you have to try carnitas and chilaquiles(the Best in town and Canada for sure!).we are excited to try everything else! portions are generous and delicious
