If you you have million dollars and can buy car every month, this is the best parking lot for you.I parked my car yesterday on May 07, 2018 in the morning and when I came back in evening, the rear window was broken, and ALL the accessories inside the car including the GPS, CD Player, Camcorder, etc. were stolen. Not only that, the Trunk and Gas tank button was also broken.It's not the Management's responsibility for theft or any damage but there is not a SINGLE camera installed in ALL 3 Levels of Parking except for 1 Camera which is installed at the Entrance.When talked to Security Guard, he said, It's very Normal.. and happens every few weeks!!!!"I have filed the Police Report

Be careful of Friday nights. They charge you twice, once for 5pm to midnight and once for midnight to 4am.

Paid for parking at the entrance but having difficulty looking for the way to get back into the underground (street exit was locked for whatever reason). I kindly ask the building management person and she first just pretend didn't see me. Then I knock the door hard and ask her she then told me to go around and look for the sign. At the end I just wait somebody to open the door entrance who lived in the apartment. They lady should be FIRED!

Worst parking companyI rented a spot on March 2020 for one month only, I been told the membership will end automatically on April 1st I took the parking pass to thier office on March 31st and I been told I will get refund for deposit I waited for 5 weeks there was no refund and whenever I call they tell its delayed because of corona i spoke with manager and until today I didn't get my deposit scammers and bad customer service becarful don't rent spot from them u will never get your deposit back.

Impark management is complete garbage. I have a monthly pass and they revoked it in error cause of mistakes they made. It took them a week to undo their mistake. Management there is incompetent and can't be reached. On top of that, the gate is broken at least 4 times a month and forces monthly parkers for astronomical day rates which of course management refuses to refund. Stay away from buying a monthly pass from Impark!

The price is fair compared with other parkings near by. A perfect location close to eaton center and Dundas square. It is a little hard to find the entrance, you get close to door it opens automatically.

Affordable public parking with a security guard. A great find.

I moved here in July this year. I am loving my new place. I got Jessica’s contact and she helped me to move here. I would say she is the best as she helped me a lot in my paper work.
