Gupta drove me home from the airport in car CT23. The car was clean and he was very polite and kind. Helped me with my bags and got me home safely. Thanks Gupta! Great driver!

Some drivers are very kind unfortunately some press the breaks way too much / stall to make the fairs more pricey and that’s frustrating. The nice ones are worthy of four stars but maybe I’ll revisit this if we get more nice ones! :)

If there was an option for no star I would. What a joke this company is. At 3 am on a Saturday you can't tell me there is alot of demand for a taxi. Trying to get ride from the hospital to go home and you can't get through to them and they say download their app which doesn't work. Should have called an Uber. Taxi companies Te a joke especially Bel-Air.

One of the most distrustful driver and a human I have ever seen in my life. 0 regards for anyone's wellbeing and care for elderly. Pushes doors and people around like bag of potatoes. Swears in front of the entire neighbourhood in his native language. If you find this cab with license plate number: PL 2124, please stay away from him. They do not deserve to be in business, Uber for the win.

Was just picked up at YVR by this cab company. The ride itself was fine, however the driver was not. I had let an older couple take the cab I front of me and I went to the second in line. Well, this driver had all sorts of issues of me letting an older couple take the cab they I should’ve gotten. He was so heated that he even took his business card off the dash so I could see his name.When I offered to give him a chance of apology and I would forget the trip, he doubled down and stared yelling at me more saying that what I did was wrong. Maybe it was, but at what point does it matter, I was first in line and the couple behind me was second. We both took 1 and 2 spots for taxis.When I went to take a photo of his license and cab company outside the vehicle, he came out and took my photo.I mean, if ally I would’ve grabbed an Uber or something, and maybe, this is my sign to go back to them.

I tried to call a cab from this company because the phone gets it transferred to the company when Mapleridge is too busy, and the dispatcher was the rudest human I’ve had the displeasure of speaking with. She should know that Alouette forwards their calls here when their phone lines is full. (I didn’t know this till my driver picked me up) and instead of telling me she said why are you calling here call MR, and as I was trying to explain to her that I did call their number she just hung up on me. What great customer service. If you have another option for a cab, I would highly suggest you use it. Even an Uber would be better than dealing with this unfortunate human being.

Called for a taxi at 830 am to get a ride to work with my cat who is going in for a procedure. Dont have a car and its freezing temperatures, so chose to taxi for my cats comfort (i normally walk). Told a taxi would be 15 minutes wait- i started work at 9 and it is 5 minutes drive from my house so thats fine. At 9am, taxi is already 15 mins late. Called and told it would be another 5 minutes. At 910, called my work and was able to convince one of the veterinarians to pick me up (only possible since their appointment cancelled). At 918, the taxi showed up, now half an hour late. My coworker is already on the way, so i told the taxi i wouldnt need the service, as i cant contact my coworker to stop driving. not sure the driver number but i took down the license plate. He called the taxi service while watching me, so I don't know if I've been blacklisted or something and frankly I don't care . I'll use any other taxi service or uber before ever contacting this company again.

My driver was dishonest and over-charged me on the rate from the airport to South Vancouver, then he pressured me to pay in cash. It is a flat fee rate of $22 yet he asked for $25. I only discovered this afterwards when I looked up the flat fees. Ultimately, the money is not the issue, but the dishonest practice is.

That was one of the best experience that I've had with this beautiful family, they're so helpful, nice and kind. I got my driver's license with them so easy. I recommend them to all, as they are so patient and knowing their job.

I just read the article in global news. I’m not surprised by this. 3 times I’ve tried to call for a ride they always tell me it will be excessive wait time, the one time I did get a ride driver demanded cash. I gave him CC and said it’s either CC or you don’t get paid. I rarely carry cash. They have to legally take all forms of payment. It’s so funny to me that taxis as a whole are struggling up against Uber yet they continue to offer sub par service and try to scam clients. My advice stick to ride share programs.
