Manning Q-Nails

I just left the establishment and I asked them to take my nails off and they didn’t soak them off. They just basically ripped them off and my fingers are in pain. They also showed them down super hard. The only upside is that the lady was kind of nice.

Hi went in to have an old set of nails removed and get a gel manicure. The girl who helped me removed my nails in a pretty rough manner. I was okay with that. Then she applied the gel for my manicure, and made it so thick. I asked her to make it thinner as i wanted a more natural look. She did not apply the polish uniformly and it is chunkier in some areas. I have had more than one person comment on how poor my manicure looks. I have never been so unhappy with a gel application. Will not visit this chop shop again.

Called before coming in for prices they said they won’t charge me for removal ( I didn’t even have much on my acrylic nails on it’s just some spot on my actual nail)Came in the lady was sleeping at the front of the door her workers had to call her to wake her up .No A/C running so it was hotThey ended up charging me for removalAnd I even made sure they said no charge .I didn’t say anything tip and left .First and last time coming here .

My first time to this location and I am very happy!! Yen (I'm sorry if I spelt that wrong) was amazing. I asked her for a specific look for my color change and she NAILED it! Lol

100 dollars for a mani and pedi????? So these people are making 100 dollars an hour for a basic service ! They did a good job but definitely a mani and pedi doesn’t cost 100 dollars ! Tops 50 bucks is what I paid for mani pedi until this shop! Who makes 100 bucks per hour ?!?!? Think about it !

Great place!! They were able to replicate the nail design my daughter had requested, and I am ever thankful she talked me into getting a pedicure for myself.So happy with the service, was able to book same day. Follows covid guidelines. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Very unhappy with my nail service. They rushed to get my service done in under 30 minutes, the nails were different shapes and lengths, and most were left lumpy. 10/10 would not recommend.

Did not have a good experience last Thursday night getting my nails done . The lady was very rough and burned the side of my finger with the nail file. I jumped and pull away because it hurt. She flat out said oh I don’t know you but I know you now your a big baby. I had to bite my tongue because the some of the works children were there. I had to even ask a few times can you round the corners they are very sharp she keep say I will do later. She was about to put the nail polish on my nails I asked her again she huffed about it and then rounded them . She had even got black nails polish on my hand and then tried to wipe it off with a dry cloth instead of taking a little nail polish remover and wiping it off she left it there and put cream on my hands. When I got home I had to remove the nail polish from my hands and put polysporin on my finger. They have differently lost a customer.This happened on January 20th - my two friends and I have been loyal customers and disregarded a few little incidents, however this day it was terrible enough that all three of us would not return. This was originally posted on Facebook - however I noticed they havent posted since 2021. My friend and I both left with bloody cuticles, thankfully our other friend didnt have the same experience but she sat next to me as i was called a cry baby when i had my cuticles sliced.

Came in as a walk in. Got seen right away! Showed them a style I wanted and they did it! I love this place definitely coming again... BTW these were done 2 weeks ago!
