I sadly did not have a great experience. I understand the reasons for not being able to disclose payroll information and T4's access. However, the most frustrating part I found being an employee is not being able to log into my own account in order to access MY OWN pay stubs and t4's. Every time I have tried logging in, I have to udpate my password and contact my previous employer. As it stand from an employee's perspective I find this frustrating and not user friendly. I hope payworks updates this portion at least to make staff's life a little bit easier to access their account.

Payworks is amazing. Every time I have an issue with processing something or don't understand exactly how to access a report or create reports, I phone them and without exception, get prompt accurate information. They're pretty perfect.

The Team at Payworks is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The online portal has never missed a cue for me as of yet. This has simplified our Payroll and has reduced time we spend processing Payroll. I certainly recommend Payworks!

Horrible company. Every time I register a new employee such a headache and they tell you that you will receive 3 emails but u get only 1 email. The only way is... to call the employer to reset... he is very busy so after many emails and reminders he will do it but system Now send 2 emails(((((((... again call him pls Sir can u reset again?...(((( ADP OR CERIDIAN ARE WAYYYYYY BETTER. DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF SAVING MONEY... YOU WILL END UP WASTING UR TIME((((((( SUCH A HASSLE COMPANY ((((((("
