Satisfied with my experience at Parts for Trucks. I had a heavy commerial MVI inspection done on my 3/4 dodge. I found them professional and patient as they dealt with me. When I brought up an issue with my bill, they were non-arguementive and quickly realised they had made a mistake and refunded me the difference. My only complaint was the lack of communication on approval for the additional work completed - which I would of approved, it just would have been nice to know beforehand.

brought plow in for service charged close to 1000 dollars and made the plow even worse so I paid a thousand dollars to fix it and now it doesn't even lift up more then 3-4 inches. Update to review service manager reached out got me back in to fix problems in a timely manner and gave me a refund for the inconvenience. The service manager I felt went above and beyond after hearing my experience.

Had an unusual job done on my Toyota 4runner. Toyota wasn't able to press out my bearings due to a lack of knowledge on how to press out older style bearings. Parts for Trucks gladly accepted the challenge when no other shop in Dartmouth would look at it. Got bearings pressed out with out any issues. Technician and service manager I interacted with was easy to work with and accepting of technical instructions. Later I had a secondary issue with rear axles that we were able to work out the issue to reasonable and satisfactory conclusion. I rate my experience with Parts for Trucks as good.

Excellent place to get truck parts, they have a large selection of large and small parts. Excellent place for truck repairs. Have alot of knowledge when it comes to preparing snow plow trucks for the winter months. They keep a good selection of of plow cutting edges on hand. Great company to deal with very fair.

Had a wheel bearing installed by Part for Trucks a couple years ago and 6 months after it began making noise. After the bearing became so bad it wouldn't pass MVI I took to elsewhere and they found the spindle knackered. PFT must have started pressing the bearing in crooked and just sent it. Between labour at PFT, the bearing and seals from Toyota, wasted about $300.If you dont have the tools or knowledge to complete the job properly, you should have just refused the work.

Not to happy to see they took over fleet brake but hopefully they also take over the staff knowledge as fleet brake was a lot more knowledgeable and small business atmosphere not the big business I don’t care we making money anyway like parts for trucks did

Great service department very knowledgeable, paid less than half compared to the dealership I visited where I would have had to wait 3 weeks to get what I needed done . The gentleman that did my truck had me on the road in a hour and a half . Super happy.
