Igor and his installation team were great. Igor was professional, responded to emails in a timely manner and was very helpful. The installation team arrived on time and did a good job, replacing the two largest window areas in our home. We are going to get the rest of our windows replaced by EuroStar this year (the installation team took measurements during the install). Highly recommend this company.

This review is long overdue. Our windows and backyard door were installed in Sept. 2021 and we waited to test out the windows over the winter before writing this review. Our windows are Kommerling, 88 mm, triple glazed, laminated that were made in Germany and shipped to Canada. The whole process from measurements to manufacturing to shipping to installing took about 6 months (due to pandemic). We are completely satisfied with the windows and backyard French patio doors supplied and installed by Euro Star. They were thorough in taking measurements, very detailed with their quotes and prices, and very quick with installation (took 3 days including working late to install all 19 windows in our house plus the backyard doors). The work was exquisite and the windows and backyard doors are premium quality. They are energy efficient, retain the heat in the house, there are NO leaks/gaps allowing air to enter, no ice formation at the bottom and we could not be happier. Thank you Euro Star for listening to what we wanted and providing us with the best materials and labour for our forever home. I would recommend Euro Star to my family and friends.
