I went in yesterday without an appointment for a blood test and waited for 40 minutes. (I had tried to book an appointment online, but appointments were only available two weeks out, and I needed test results fairly quickly.) I think the long wait was because the person inputting the files was slow and kept getting interrupted. There were about 10 people in line in front of me, with a few people serving clients. It seems that the whole operation could use an efficiency expert. Highly inefficient. This location is close to home, so I dealt with the long wait. The staff member who took my blood was pleasant and efficient.

Was in line over 1 hour and the receptionist was not aware of the giant line outside waiting to be checked in. Stay away if you want prompt service

I went to this location as no appointments were available online for april for locations close to me.Jolanata was the one who helped me and did the bloodwork and she was very nice and good at her job.the bathrooms needs a lil bit of work the toilet roll holder was broken, other locations i have been to have been much cleaner .

I HATE THIS PLACE. Honestly, maybe I'm a bit emotional because I started reviewing right after this horrible experience but if your institution thinks it's okay to make someone wait for 2 hrs (2 whole hours!!!!) to take a simple blood test and not check on them, ignore them, not provide accurate wait times for walk in appointments, you really need to review your policies. Thanks for wasting my time and I wish I could this place 0 starts.

staff was really rude and unhelpful. it took them almost an hour to do my blood work and there were only 3 patients in at the time….

Terrible service. The staff did not care at all about people’s time and needs. I would never go to this lab again. If you care about your time and getting good service and the right care, never go there.

I have been to couple of life labs and this is worst of all. Firstly, the technician was in some hurry and she drawing blood felt so painful. secondly, the monitors were not working in order to check the queque. Finally, the place was so cozy and congested, and I really don't feel like standing there. Waiting area sucks. I highly DONT recommend.

Nothing can be worse than the experience there. If you don't have appointment just don’t go.They are so slow and ill equipped. No value for your time.Waited more than 2 hours and still no test done. Will never be going there again.

Do not go here if you don’t want to wear a mask. They tell you to go back up to the Pharmacy to get one then come back down to see them if you don’t have one. I thought we were past that! Also, zero connectivity for your phone if you need to email a Requisition to them. Sad!
