I have had good service in the past when I ended up getting a couple of replacement motors. Unfortunately I had a bad experience trying to obtain a starting capacitor for a table saw motor. I went into the store to obtain this part with the original part to show them. They did not have the part and said it would be a week and they would phone me. I never got phoned so after 12 days I phoned them and they said the part came in. I went to pick up the part and it was the wrong size even though I had brought in the original failed part. I ended up having to order the part online from the table saw manufacturer.

went to three different places in Calgary to try to match my cooler fan motor, nobody could figure out what motor I had, went to Soper and they figured it out it right away, very happy with the knowledge and service.

good service, the guy in the corner office very knowledgeable, front desk sometime need his help, the only down side for me is the price are always higher than the other motor supplier in town, maybe just because different brands. hopefully under Masters Group they can match the pricing with other local competitor, Masters are known for good price supplier in town, I'm not talking about $20 more, in some instance of big motor, up to couple hundred more differences.

The staff are educated and experienced and more than willing to help. Alot of these type of places that cater to professional trades won't give you the time of day if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. So far they've been 10/10 for having the parts I needed in stock.
