Great service. Staff are professional, helpful and care about what they do. Your always kept up to date if your ride is behind. They will work with you for early pickups. Beats any other service without question. I have been a long time customer for any appointments or personal rides.

Thank you. After a horrendous experience with another accessible transportation company; Royal Wagon gets 5+ stars!! Used them a few times now and have not been disappointed. On time, friendly, and helpful. Booking online was a breeze did not even had to contact them. They send text messages when ride is coming and has arrived. Really love the whole process.

I would give a zero if i could. drivers are very unprofessional. they are always late (up to an hour), they do not pick up my phones and their attitude are very rude. drivers are very aggressive in driving. my grandma who is 96 year old was in the car with us, the driver almost hit another car. i felt unsafe when i was in the car. if i had other choices i would not use them again…

Wow. What a sham. Appointment for pick up at a seniors home for 1:10. 2:00 pm Royal has still not arrived. Really enjoyed waiting waiting and waiting. The receptionist called and Royal said for her not to yell at them when the lady was talking with them. Terrible Service.

As a personal support worker at a local facility, I often accompany and arrange appointments for my disabled clients. I have used barrel taxi and yellow cab and each time although I clearly asked for a wheelchair van, they would send a regular car and be angry when I refused it. This would often make us late for our appointments. On top of that the drivers were rude and insensitive.I have been using Royal Wagon after a clients recommendation and have had nothing but good experiences. Kind and thoughtful drivers that specialize in wheelchair accommodation. They are always on time and the service is friendly and reliable.Highly recommend.Adding to my previous review- due to the nature of my clients (mentally ill) there have been issues with them ordering a ride and then waiting until the ride shows up to cancel it. When this happens royal wagon drivers are polite and understanding of the issues that go with mental Illness, making my job and my clients lives easier.Thank you so much

We were very happy with the service we received from Royal Wagon and will use them in the future. Hussain was very generous with his time and patient when we called to get information - it was our first time using a wheelchair accessible service. No other service would confirm pick up times (even with pre-booking!). Royal Wagon driver, Waheed, was kind, professional and punctual. We highly recommend Royal Wagon.

Thank you for making my life simple. After no ride coming from co-op and missing 2 separate appointments after booking in advance, no issues at all with Royal Wagon and even made concessions to come earlier as the appointment ended early. Great service! The online booking system is really easy to use and gave text updates. The driver was right on time and super helpful. In a city like Edmonton where wheelchair transportation can be a nightmare it's awesome to have a reliable option.
