Visited many times in the past for AWP training and always had a great experience with knowledgeable staff and up to date equipment. Lately I've been inquiring about scissor lift rentals and Jason Korinetz has been very prompt and helpful with getting me the information I require. We have been dealing with Jason Korinetz and the great team at Leavitt Machinery for a few years now on the service to our equipment, and also rentals. They have all been exceptional to deal with! Both Tammy and Joel on the service end, and Jason with the sales and rentals. All of their mechanics have been very informative when we've met for inspections, and they take great care of us on all of our urgent matters. If I could give them and salesman Brad de Jersey zero stars I would. He convinced me to consider them even though we are in Manitoba, suggested a piece of equipment that was a good fit, then ignored my phone calls and emails until finally one of my calls got through and he informed me it had long been sold. He told me he didn't respond to me because he didn't want to waste any more time on a sold forklift; his time apparently, he wasted plenty of mine. Beware! No good deal is worth this type of service.
