We lucked out got there just before the 3:30 rush. In and out in less than 10 minutes, as we were the only ones there. Felt for the 20+ that arrived while we were being served.

My postal code area was under a different name in their system than my drivers licence. Lady would not even let me explain that the name they had was the region, and the one on my licence was the actual town. No exceptions, extremely unreasonable.

Plenty of parking in the parking lot with handicapped spots available as well. There is a ramp to get up the steps so that is useful too.The location is rarely super busy but prepare for a wait when you get there. If you have everything in order it can be a quick stop once your name is called. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Old cranky women working there. I walked in there with a friendly greeting, an older women was eating and said “hold on” in a rude way, didn’t want to help me out, and was being lazy about it since my health card was expired but I had my birth certificate and passport. She had such a bad attitude from the beginning (I was only in there for a minute) and then refused to help me and told me to go somewhere else because they can’t help me and she’ll be so shocked if I get help anywhere else. I went to the commissioner’s location, they were lots of help, sweet and went above and beyond.

If it was possible to give a negative number at this location I would, the worst customer service I have ever experienced with staff that have ZERO common sense!
