We have had a very good experience with Design Stainless on a few projects of ours. Both stainless steel and regular steel including some Corten steel work.Over the years we have found that designing with and working with steel can be quite complicated, measurements have to be exact and any changes usually have to be addressed off-site.Jesuan and his team have always been very accomodating, pro-active and rsourceful when any issues or challenges have come up.I feel that they are very much oriented towards solving problems and providing pre-emptive solutions while providing consistent feedback and communication along the way.Another plus is that they have a very reasonable structural engineer that they work with who can provide the stamped detail and permit drawings when required, that is a huge plus.

We had a wonderful experience with Design Stainless Steel from beginning to end. We first hired Raul and his team to design and install a steel and glass stair railing as part of some renovations we did to our new house. We love how great it looks. We even get compliments from other contractors and from people who see the railing in the background of photos. After we moved into the house we decided we wanted to have a little gate at our entrance to keep our dogs from running outside when they greet us with excitement. Raul quickly designed a solution and we got it installed within a very reasonable time frame, especially considering the time of year and all of the supply chain issues. Overall, Raul was very polite, responsive and professional in our dealings. He and his team paid attention to detail. The customer service was great from initial consultation, right through to the job and follow-up.
