About a week ago, I lost my hearing aids in California. When I notified Chris Nguyen of this he immediately got back to me saying not to worry. The hearing aids were replaced and ready to go a week later. This is not the first time I have had such a positive experience with Chris. From out first meeting and subsequent interactions, the care and professionalism Chris exhibited were awesome. It is the lucky THN client that has the pleasure of working with Chris.

I have been wearing hearing aids for about 8 years. While I am 66, I've been somewhat hard of hearing from childhood due to severe and recurring ear infections. Oticon recently released a new product that is superior by far to my old aids and also allows me to listen to and play music (I am a musician). I got a price, with all the discounts, from my former audiologist. But moving to Toronto, I decided to see what the costs are there. Not only were they, on average, $1,000 less, Chris Nguyen was able to give me a price $2,650 less than the quoted price from my audiologist...with the same features and care. Chris was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, caring, kind and went out of his way to make certain I was happy and satisfied. He communicated quickly every time I had to contact him. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with his service. Bravo Chris!

Visited Dr. Shingal. For my vertigo . I refer to her as a miracle worker. She also referred me to the audiologist Sara. Sara put goggles on me connected to her computer which indicated my level of dizziness....which validated my concern. She gave me exercises for my specific type of vertigo. Sara was a fountain of knowledge. I consider myself lucky to have been sent to THN clinic and am now vertigo free!
