Had some Audio Visual work completed by ROB COOPER DESIGNS and my husband and I are very impressed with Robs work. Rob is extremely professional courteous and very knowledgeable. His work was performed efficiently, he cleaned up in the areas he worked in and very tidy. Rob Cooper is a rare find. He is professional and knows his audio. We had a patchwork of an audio system with wires everywhere. Rob came and listened to what we wanted and made that happen. He was very punctual and his bill was very fair. Will not hesitate to recommend him.

Getting a contractor in Nanaimo to show up when they say the will is like pulling teeth. Not with Rob. He is always on time, and gets the job done better than expected. Pricing is fair, especially for the high quality work he does. He resolved a very poor ethernet wiring job that Wenner installed and charged an arm and leg for and wouldn't stand behind (custom wires with termination errors causing all kinds of problems with our Unify network). It's been rock solid ever since. Rob also set up our home theater room and it's absolutely amazing. He even set up all the AV in our RV with custom faceplates so it looks professional. You can count on Rob to get the job done, and get it done right the first time. 5 Star all the way.

I had a great experience both times Rob did an excellent job on my interior speakers he had to replace them, cause that major Windstorm we had back in Dec I think it was 2016-2017?. It put a tree branch through my roof, so it water damaged my other ones and he just finished installing my patio speakers! Highly recommend his work/knowledge P.S. Definitely using him again for any future projects

Rob is excellent at what he does. He has helped us troubleshoot our AV system, offer helpful advice and fix some ongoing problems we had that the original installation company couldn't figure out. We would highly recommend his services for all of your AV needs.
