My dog is my family. I wasn't too happy with my past vet so I did my research this time and came across one of the oldest clinics in Red Deer.After reading all the reviews I knew this was the place I was meant to take my pup. He was attentive, considerate, and assessed the situation as it should be.Thank you Dr. Rick for everything and you and your staff have done for me and Sasha, we will definitely be seeing you in the future.Ps...cost.....amazing!

Had the best experience possible! Not only were they amazing with my dog Jessie but Dr. Graber involved my 2 sons in the appointment and they absolutely loved it! Everyone I met was exceptional and I thank you for that. 10 out of 10

i was taking my puppy here for her checkups and shots, it seemed like a good place. i really enjoyed it. when my 18 year old dog had to get put down i thought the best place to go was this vet clinic as i had good experiences before but i was incredibly wrong. we took her in to get put down and they charged us for stuff we didn’t even get done. after she was put to sleep we were told her paw prints would be sent to us with her cremation jar. when they didn’t show up with the jar we went back and asked where they were and they told us that they take them before hand and we get them when we leave our appointment. (after our baby was put to sleep) they blamed us for “losing” the paw prints we never received, as well as being incredibly rude and incompetent. they charged us for the paw prints we never received. i will never step foot into this vet clinic again knowing they cannot fess up to there own mistakes, or even been competent with a mistake this large. i would not recommend this place to anyone. if you want your loved fur baby’s to to actually be taken care of in the slightest after they have passed go anywhere else. the whole family has been heartbroken over this especially when that would have been one of the last physical memories we could’ve had for her. hopefully no one else will have to go through the pain we had to endure at the incompetence of this vet clinic.

Dr Graber is gentle, and very kind. He genuinely cares about the well-being of your pet. Highly recommend!

Super helpful and very friendly staff, my dog also loves being here. They're very informative, takes care of things right away and I have never had any issues of any sort.

WE LOVE DR. GRABERHe is compassionate and caring, always gives you detailed information on what's happening with your animal, what he is doing, and why, which I really appreciate. He is also very aware and understanding of the fact that vet bills can be hefty and explains the cost of everything while giving you the opportunity to make an informed decision.

We just had to put our fur buddy to sleep. Our vets was to far away and we had never been here before. You could feel the caring and understanding in what was a distressing and highly emotional time. Can’t recommend Dr Rick enough. Helped us through every step.

Well, we've found our new vet!Not only was the clinic welcoming and clean, every single person we interacted with was kind, knowledgeable, and friendly. Dr. Rick was incredibly patient and gentle with my nervous dog and clearly explained his answers to my (many!) Questions about my dogs health. The pricing is fair and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and confident with everything before I left. Amazing!

Red Deer Vet was our choice to put our 15 year old dog down. They were all so supportive, understanding and really.....loving and respectful, both to my family and to my best Bud. I would absolutely recommend them!!!
