Terrible customer service, ordered wrong tub for me and wouldn’t take back, next time go with Home Depot for way better price and get what you want

We have placed an order with Boone on June 26 2022 for a vanity to be delivered in 4 weeks. We didn't got that until Beginning of August and were told that it was shipped by the manufacturer on July 27 and should get it soon. Nothing happened for a week so called them back and was assured that they have confirmation it was shipped from the manufacturer on August 8th and we should get it in couple of days. I called them, on August 12 and was told that there was some issue with shipping and they will call the manufacturer and get back to me right away. No one get back to me for an hour when I called back I was told that the person who promised me to talk to the manufacturer and get back to me was busy with selling to another customer and didn't bothered calling the supplier or us. I have been on hold with them for more that 30 minutes to talk to that person. I believe they only are interested in selling. Unfortunately Boone you have a terrible after sales service.

Jamie answered my urgent call immediately and was at my home as quickly as he could have possibly been.He had a low-cost solution to what I was told by someone else would be an expensive fix.He did the work quickly, professionally and with no fuss.I highly recommend him.Rick

This seems like a great business, but the counter staff were completely unhelpful when they realized I wasn't a plumber or professional. They dismissed my questions, refused to give any suggestions (told me to go to Preston hardware, where the staff are excellent) and when I asked about a simple 1 inch washer, told me to go to a custom manufacturer. I know I'm not a professional, but the place was empty and a little courtesy and help would have cost nothing. I'll skip this business in the future.

A heating/fireplace client with Boone, I’m always amazed at the desk’s HVAC knowledge and top service. Today’s request to Jason (new Kanata manager) was fixing a 12 year old shower restrictor. From the time of my question to sitting in his office, he had the whole parts page on his screen, two parts identified (before 2006 and after 2005) and on the job, the shower got fixed first time. Really personal, five star service, Jason.

Boone is the place to go for plumbing needs! As a contractor, boone fills my needs. Adjacent store, mondeau showroom, is good for clients to visit to see wide range of selections before starting their bathroom renovation.

I own a local plumbing company Boone is always my #1 go to supplier, if they don't have something they take the time to find it for you or order It same or next day. Great guys to deal with.

Ok here’s my review, store has lots of stuff that you don’t find in other hardware stores, but the price is over board, and not only that they completely refused to help me with a minor installation question, now I’m not a plumber trades person but I am really good in plumbing, electrical and building stuff and my question was very specific to the item I purchased from them and NO help what’s for ever. Thank you very much for your no help, much appreciated.
