My Father passed away and my Mother, who is hard of hearing and struggles with phone calls was trying to find a company to create the plaque for his Niche in Fort St. John BC.Due to cost, the local options were not great, so I asked if I could try and help her in Edmonton AB and that is where we found Remco and Lora.We had no clue what we needed or really much of anything and immediately Lora jumped in and helped us so much. We felt we were dealing with a family friend and completely trusted her advice and knowledge.We finally got the information for our cemetery and Lora go everything in place. The product was beautiful and the price was good.Lora kept us in the loop through every step and even cared enough to ask for a photo of it installed.I would 100% recommend Remco and Lora to everyone that needs that family friendly and knowledgeable support in such a hard time.Thanks again for all you have done.Wendy Wharton and Alice Blonski.

During the winter I was helping my friend who had prematurely lost her husband, so it was a very difficult time for her. We went to Remco Memorials where we were greeted by a very warm and welcoming Lora.Above and beyond in customer service, Lora’s knowledge and expertise is outstanding. We did not at all feel pressured at any point during this process. She is kind and patient, as well as compassionate and 100% professional.She kept us up to date with the process and always responded to our inquiries quickly and within reasonable time.The final product is beautiful!!! She seemed to go out of her way to make sure that the monument brilliantly memorialized this wonderful man.We visited other monument companies and we were not nearly as impressed by them as we were with Lora and Remco.Highly recommended!

My daughter unexpectedly passed away in Jan 22. I started to work with Remco really early on, in order to have something in place for the summer. Ingrid was very professional and was very kind and understanding as I worked through the design. Communication went well with the Regina office to have the monument in place in rural Sk. It turned out beautiful.

The delay of their service is outrageous, been waiting for months now and the head stone is not yet installed... I understand that there are some delays due to weather but with the pace they are doing their job is slow...March 2022 - Fully paid - informed that usually by end of May should be installedJune 3, 2022 - called them and was informed that the cemetery hasn't approved their application and no Base cement has been installed yet and said they'll follow up with the cemeteryJune 11, 2022 - Base cement was installedJune 29th - Called to ask for an update, was informed that the Granite hasn't been cut or designed yet and they'll follow up for it to be and was told approximately July 16th or 3rd week of JulyJuly 26th - Nothing has been installed so I called again - Was informed that it has been cut and will be shipping it to Alberta on August 1st but they don't know when it will be installed because they don't know where their installers at. but said should be installed by the end of the summerI would understand the weather delay and logistical delay but it feels like there would only be movement on your side after we make a follow-up and then you'll follow up on your team then it'll move a little then nothing again until we call after a month.We've read great reviews with this company but didn't expect to have this kind of service.WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...P.S: LORA is an absolutely patient woman, she is nice and easy to talk to... the problem is their head office taking on responsibilities and customers that they can't serve in a timely manner. Now everyone is delayed and families are still waiting for their love ones memorial marker

My parents purchased a headstone from Remco. They were the most economical supplier with a top quality product, When my father passed, they were very helpful throughout the process of having the date engraved. I highly recommend this company for your needs.

My family's consultant was Lora and we couldn't be more pleased to have had her guide us in choosing a monument, deciding on the lettering and customized art for the final product. Lora was very attentive, kind, personable, prompt with communication and by no means pushy to close the sale.There was a small mishap with the monument upon installation which was out of Lora's and the owner's control however Remco was gracious and generous with rectifying the situation at no extra cost.I highly recommend Lora @ Remco and will be returning to her for future memorial services/products.

We were so surprised that we were able to have a photo engraved on the plaque and it turned out so well! I had reached out to several places about my grandmothers head stone. I have to say when I contacted Remco a very nice sweet and companionate woman (Lora) talked with me. She asked me questions about who my grandmother was and the things she liked like her favourite flowers . Where other places seemed robotic Lora took it to a personal level that I respected. She showed great interest and compassion for my loss and I found her to be very comforting. She created the most beautiful head stone I have ever seen and she also captured my grammas love of lilies!! I never expected someone to go above and beyond like she did and extremely professional!! I would highly recommend them! Lora and Remco you made my very sad time into something beautiful that I can cherish for years to come I can’t thank you enough!!!
