Laser Looks

Not welcoming to potential new clients. I booked an appointment for a consultation. The appointment was confirmed. I then scheduled time off of work for the appointment. After all of that they cancelled the appointment because they made an error and double booked someone else into the same time slot they confirmed was mine. Now I don't have an appointment and they cost me money because I took time off of work for it. At least I found out how they treat people before I gave them any money.

I would definitely recommend laser looks for laser hair removal. It has changed my life. Sarah is amazing.

Went for a first time consultation today and was welcomed immediately. Ginette was very understanding and compassionate both to me as well as about her services. She took great time to explain procedures to me to make sure I understood the processes. I had my first treatment and am so excited to see the final results. Looking forward to my next session :)

I have seen Ginette for many services over the years. Love how informed she is and how she stays current with ever changing technology. Her passion for what she does is evident with her vast knowledge. Love her staff. They make for a wonderful experience. They never push services. If it's not necessary they are honest. I have had services from Beverly Hills, Miami etc and we are very lucky to have the girls at Laser Looks. I have received some of my best results at Laser Looks with a much better price tag. I decided to try the new pure acid perfusion peel at Laser Looks. Part of me was like, am I out of control always trying the next best thing. I can honestly say I LOVE my results and it's the first day. My pores are so much smaller, my skin feels so firm and is glowing. No flaking like previous peels I've tried. I tend to get little red spots on my cheeks and they are gone. Love love love this treatment. Far superior to anything I've tried for these issues. Can't wait for the final results. I never write reviews but honestly had to share. In a world of so many beauty treatments, this one really delivers results. Thanks so much to the lovely ladies at Laser Looks. Sarah the owner is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!Not only has she been helping me remove multiple tattoos from my foolish youth, she has also been helping me With permanent hair removal on the back of my neck. And lastly she has been doing the most amazing facial chemical peels on me and my skin is finally clearing up from all of the pandemic mask me and I cannot thank her enough.If you have any questions she will answer you any time or day or night and she will also help you build a skin care routine to help you with all of you issues!

laser machine gave me burns, and the new owner was not so nice. I called 24 hours to reschedule my appointment for very valid reasons I thought she would get as a woman, but she was really insensitive to the situation. Never went back since. Also compared to other laser clinics they overcharge.
