I moved into my new build townhome and I was in search of one contractor to handle all my needs. I reached out to about 5 different companies. Had a few companies give me a quote over email. However, when I contacted Tech Connect Solutions, the owner Fernando said he could not give me a quote without coming to the site. I was wondering whyy?!? I agreed and he did a visit. THANK GOODNESS he came by. Due to the complexity of the job and my request and after staying about 1 hour to do a site assessment, Fernando gave me a fair price quote/verbal.He was able to give me a quote on1) hanging my delicate LG C1 OLED tv on stone and above the fireplace. (I had a low profile stand shown on picture)2) install one wired and one wireless doorbell3) handling the audio system throughoit my entire home. Hook up in ceiling speakers and provided us an option to buy a 6 zone av receiver from his supplier.4) ethernet connections from 5 different ports and hiding an ethernet port. Terminating ethernet wires in the internet box in the garage.Fernando was able to come back a week later to do the job. He stayed for a very long time to finish the job. I am extremely grateful. I wont say how many hours but it was very late.I say anyone looking for someone who can do most or handle your electronics needs, seek out Fernando. Seriously.What I like about Fernando that you should know1) man of his word (price) and he honoured it. Ie: price to do everything.2) Hard worker3) Solution finder.This was really evident when he hung our TV above the fireplace. Let's just say it wasn't a clean install" and an extremely complicated process. I would say at this time

Fernando came to our home during construction and got to know exactly what we were looking for. Fernando put together different options and solutions to choose depending on our budget and took the time to fully explain the options and their associated features and price points. He was easy to communicate with during the entire process and answered all of our questions. Fernando ran all the communication wiring (internet, LAN, telephone), fiber optic, and advised us and installed our home audio / home theatre system. He also put together a solution for and installed our monitored home & fire alarm system as well as the camera system.We had a great experience with Tech Connect Solutions. Fernando took extra time to ensure everything worked perfectly and explained to us how everything operated. Even after the project was completed Fernando has been excellent in following up on our questions and providing support.

Fernando was responsive to communications, showed up on time, gave a fair price and competently completed installation of 3 wifi access points in our house. He will be my goto for tech solutions in the future

Fernando went above and beyond professional standards. He came upon unexpected obstacles but finished everything properly to the book. What was supposed to be an hour job became a four hour job and never changed his price. Nice to know an honest and professional technician! 100 % would recommend Fernando !!!

I contacted Fernando from another province to install a security doorbell for my elderly aunt. He was excellent! He assured me he would handle the whole installation, from the physical doorbell to the connection to the internet/WIFI to the apps on her phone. I wanted to make sure everything was done as my aunt is not completely tech savvy and I don't live close by to help, Fernando delivered amazingly!! Everything was done and she was happy! He even stayed longer than needed to make sure things were working. I will definitely call him again if my aunt needs any other tech help!!!

Great technician Fernando came to my house to install 75 inch tv did a great job after mounting the tv and turning it on we find out the tv was cracked Fernando “calmed” me down right away emptied out his van full of equipment and helped me return the TV. Not only did he go above & beyond my card wouldn’t allow me to purchase the tv in store and he paid on his card and waited for me to pay him back when I got my refund. I am astonished at the kindness Fernando showed me and I am happy I chose to do business with him. THANK YOU !

Fernando is amazing. Hands down a very professional and thoughtful person. He takes his time to do the job properly. He came in on Saturday morning and didn't leave till close to midnight to complete the job. He worked extremely hard to make sure all our tv's and audio was properly installed.
