I have had many sport injuries over the years and my feet and ankles constantly hurt, Dr. Cragg solved my issue with plantar fasciitis after I thought it would never be cured. He has also helped remove warts from one of my children's feet in a matter of weeks after months of our trying with compound W etc.Wendy is amazingly organized and ensures we never wait and are always reminded of appointment times. Very warm and friendly people who genuinely want to help you.

Thank you so much to Dr. Cragg at Markham Foot Clinic. My daughter had a painful ingrown toe nail. It had been infected and was painful. The nail was removed quickly and with no pain at all. It was completed efficiently and with care and understanding to her young age. Thank you so much Dr. Cragg!

Dr. Cragg did a very good job at removing a piece of wood from my toe. He ensured that I was comfortable throughout the experience and gave extra freezing when needed. The piece of wood was removed and my toe has healed well. The receptionist Wendy was also very lovely and accommodating!

Dr. Cragg treated our son for ingrown toenails a few years back. Our son had seen other professionals with no success. He has had no trouble with his feet since and we're grateful for that.

I recently took my 85 year old mother here for treatment on her foot that she has been having ongoing issues with. The staff were all wonderful and patient with her - she has some mobility issues and I accompanied here into the treatment room, which was no issue for them. Brian not only looked at and treated the area of concern on the bottom of her foot, but he took care of her toenails as well, which were quite a mess (she has very bad feet). It was so great to get this all taken care of, and they were so kind and friendly with my mom. I would highly recommend their services and we will definitely be using them again to follow up on taking care of my Mom's feet!

Excellent service from the time that I first made the appointment by phone with Wendy the receptionist, to seeing Brian Cragg the Chiropodist, finally leaving the office having received excellent treatment. Brian listens really well to your concerns, examines your feet carefully and then provides the best advice and treatment based on his knowledge and many years of experience. An all round great guy and a very positive experience!

I cannot say enough about the exceptional care I get at the clinic. From the moment I step into the office - Wendy is always there to greet you with a smile. It's so comforting to be welcomed by someone who cares about their job and your well being . Thank You.As we move to the back, Brian is there to you feel right at home. He is such a caring and clam person, and his knowledge is second to none. He has not only taken great care of my family - but my extended family as well. Why would anyone want to go anywhere else is my question.

Dr. Brian Cragg is one of the BEST Dr's I have ever been to. All my appointments have been on time, very honest and nice guy. Never overcharged - often didn't charge even if he spent so much time with me. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Cragg is a very competent and caring professional. He took care of my painful ingrown toenail at a reasonable rate, including three follow-up consultations and treatments at no extra charge. I had problems finding a good foot doctor until I found him. I live in the Toronto east end but don't mind the long drive. There are many foot clinics but certainly not all the same!

I have been seeing Brian Cragg for a number of years for problems with ingrown toenails. My daughter has been to him over the years as well. She had a procedure done a number of years ago where Brian Cragg cut back the toe nails on either side of the toe, and it never grew back and no more problems. I just had this done recently and had my follow up today. Everything is perfect.Brian Cragg is very pleasant and professional. He gets to the issue right away and you will leave happy for sure. His receptionist Wendy is also very professional. They are very punctual as well which I really like. A very nice clean office and procedure rooms.I would highly recommend this office to anyone with any FOOT PROBLEMS at all.
