Sharing my one day experience at this company may be difficult to do; but the job was far from that.. Mario’s daily management kept employees positive in the way that managers “SHOULD” maintain. The long hours can take a toll on anyone.. However, team players are all around you! Corporate changes are being made as we speak, which was my reason for quitting. The changes that are occurring seem completely necessary in keeping their merger successful, though I wish I stayed ¿?
