Had drainage issues which Lester was able to fix. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Was on time, cleaned up everything and ensured we were happy with the work performed. Would recommend Rooter Group for anyone that requires plumbing assistance.

Highly HIGHLY recommend. Lester and his crew fixed a huge issue at our building that stumped another plumber. It could have been a much larger issue, but they were able to find a solution and save the day (drain clogged with construction debris). I'd use them again without question, and would definitely recommend to anyone else needing similar service.

I was running into an issue where my drain wasn't working so I called this company. Lester and Sean came to snake the drain and do some replacement on the pipes. They were able to get to my place quickly and were able to snake/repair my drains in less than an hour. Lester was able to add in additional points of access to the drain as well to help cut down on future issues. Both were incredibly knowledgeable with what they were doing - would definitely recommend!

After 4 frustrating days of not being able to drain water from the sinks, bathtubs nor flush toilets, and dealing with many people from my home insurance company and plumbers, I was so relieved to have found the Rooter Group Inc, Etobicoke on HomeStars.Lester Parris, owner of this franchise answered the phone, and he and his partner, Mirko came within 2 hours of my phone call. They were able to give me a thorough diagnose of the problem, and a very reasonable quote for the job. They brought in two crew members, Tadek and Slavik to begin work immediately. The problem was a massive tree root blocking the main drain. By evening on the same day, we were able to use the sinks, bathtubs and toilets.Using a sophisticated camera, Lester and Mirko showed me the entire old ceramic drain pipe was clogged with tree roots, and needing replacement with CVP pipes. They understood that I had a tight budget, so they did not push me to do the next phase of the work. However, I valued and trusted their expertise and advice, and decided to continue the next phase of the work, which included the installation of a backwater valve, clean outs, and the replacement of a galvanized steel water pipe with copper (the City did not replaced, unbeknownst to me).They informed me about the City's Basement Flooding Prevention Subsidy Program, whereby I can apply for a subsidy once a backwater valve and clean outs were installed, and passed the City's inspection. This was very helpful information.They were professional, were on site every day and took pride in their work. They took care to organize the removal of the old pipes and ensured we had functioning faucets and toilets. The crew cleaned up everyday. At every phase of the work, Lester and/or Mirko would explain what was completed, and what the plans were for the following day. They ensured I was happy with the work and cleaned up before leaving each day.I am very grateful to Lester, Mirko and the crew, Tadek and Slavik for their professionalism and quality work. I've had Lester and his assistant from Rooter Group at my house many times for various plumbing jobs, most recently to change my main water supply shutoff valve and the shutoff valve to my outside water tap.They always do an excellent job, and I would recommend them to anybody.

We were thrilled with the workmanship of the dedicated plumbing team of Lester and Mirko. For six years we had a strong sewage smell emanating from our basement. Various plumbers would come and offer up quick patchwork solutions that were costly and never solved the problem, which just grew worse and worse.When we called Lester and Mirko, they took the time to listen to our concerns and observations. They did a lot of investigative plumbing work and solved our problem completely.They replaced our main drain line, added a backwater valve, p-traps and proper floor drainage. Now our home is safe and smell free. They were honest and thorough with their work, as well as courteous, respectful and kind.We wish we had called them from the start as we would have saved a lot of headaches, time and money!

I have used Rooter Group Inc a few times in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. I called them in the morning to tell them I had purchased 4 toilets and asked if they could remove the old ones and replace them with the new ones. They were at my place in the afternoon ready to work and it was completed without any issues. Lester and Sean know thier stull and its always a pleasure dealing with them. Fair pricing... great work!
