I had a small issue with my watch, and I brought it in to be fixed. The service was quick, and the gentleman who fixed it for me even showed me how the pieces worked and what he did to fix it. All in all excellent costumer service and work.

I brought my high end watch to On Time Watch In Plymouth with a broken main spring. Service was fast and my watch never looked or run better than it does now. The owner is fun to talk to and personable. It’s good to be able to discuss watch problems in person rather than send it off to who knows where. The price was reasonable and the service comes with a guarantee. I recommend this business.

Had three watch batteries replaced with very prompt friendly service. They even polished up my watches and repaired one of the bands with leather glue. I didn’t know that could even be done.Will definitely be back with another watch for more serious repair.

I have had four watches repaired here. On-Time did a great job on all of them. The wait time I’ve had has been between 4-8 weeks, which is actually pretty good. Other shops I called were 2-4 months! Much of the wait time depends on parts, as they always use original brand replacement parts. My watches are old and somewhat rare, but they managed to get the right parts for them. Thanks On-Time!

I had a Rolex gaining time and the guys at OnTime were able to quickly run a test to confirm the mainspring was bad (and the whole thing was in desperate need of cleaning). They turned it around in 2 weeks, including a polish job. It's like having a brand new used 1990 GMT Master all over again!

Store is immaculate, clean, and very upscale with prices for everyday people. I was blown away by the service I've received on both visits. The owner's sons are very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. To date I've only had small repairs, but there's no doubt this shop can handle your most exotic and treasured watch repairs. Its definitely worth your drive to Plymouth no matter where you live.
