UNA Medical Clinic (NO WALK-INS)

Arrived and they said they no longer take walk-ins or new patients. So don't go if you're hoping to walk-in. They should update their sign and website in this case. The receptionist helped direct me to other nearby walk-in clinics, however.

Dr Todorovic is amazing! Caring, curious and patient. We feel lucky to have her in our family's lives! The staff at the clinic are awesome too - kind, efficient and accommodating. Recently, the flexibility to fit my mother's last minute appointment in was greatly appreciated! Thank you everyone!

Very convenient and it never feels crowded or overbooked here. The receptionist is courteous and the doctor is professional and personable, makes you feel at ease.

Dr. Todorovic seems to not care for her patients, you wait for her and not even an apologize. Wrong diagnosis because seems to not be able to listen and to care at all about anything you can say. Next day I was in the urgency to give me antibiotics urgently, what I should have got from her in the first place. But front desk lady is always nice.

This rating is just for Dr. Todorovic. I found her to be in hurry and she ignored my questions that I wanted to ask her. She didn't even let me complete. She came 15 mins. late. and made me wait for a long again during my appointment. I took the appointment and hardly she discussed anything with me for even 2 mins. Such a dismissive behaviour she has.On the opposite side, front desk ladies are very co-operative.

I have been going to this clinic for over 5 years, the front desk staff is very accommodating and helpful. I had been seeing Dr. Ahmed for most of that time, and he was one of the best doctors I've ever had, I was very lucky to be able to see him for as long as I did. Unfortunately he moved away, and I then saw Dr. Zoya a couple of times, she was also quite good. She left now as well, and the only doctor remaining is Dr. Todorovic, who I am not a fan of. The few times I have seen her she rushes through every appt in as little time as possible, compared to Dr. Ahmed it's like night and day. From the other reviews I've seen on here, people either think she's amazing and attentive, or feel completely unheard and rushed (like me), it's very odd, I'm not sure if she just chooses to give some people much better treatment than others or what. Anyway I'm now on the lookout for a new doctor elsewhere, unless UNA gets another new doctor or two I won't be returning.

I have been visiting this clinic the last few months and have been incredibly impressed by Dr. Ahmed and the support staff at this clinic. The service is outstanding and it’s always easy to book an appointment.Dr. Ahmed is incredibly thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and genuinely cares. He requested the appropriate tests and referral for the issue I was having, which allowed me to arrive at answer in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I couldn’t recommend this clinic more!

OUTSTANDING PATIENT CARE. I have never been treated so well in a clinic. The front desk staff are efficient, polite, communicative, and highly competent. Dr. Todorovik is one of the best doctors I've ever had - she takes my health seriously, refers me for imaging when needed, gives me plenty of time in appointments despite the fact that our medical system is not set up for doctors to make much or any profit with the current pay structure.

Hello. . My story is my family Dr Anthony Wilson retired and he toke care of me for 15 years . Then I needed a good family Doctor. My friend recommend this clinic and specifically DR todorovic . She excepted me and I can not be happier . She is an amazing person . always lesson to me and very knowledgeable, experienced .. the day my mother passed away I needed some help and she called the pharmacy for me . She went an extra miles to make sure I am ok . I recommend Her to anyone looking for a Doctor . Also staff.they are very nice always try to help .I am truly blessed to meet them all .Thank you to DR todorovic

UNA has been my go to clinic for 4 years .Professional, kind, and well communicated STAFF.As a patient , I could not ask for better quality of care!Thank you for over the years being so incredible !My only suggestion is perhaps introducing video medical appointments for people with accessibility needs .
