A couple of months ago they had my car for two days due to the Braine l'Alleud garage being closed at the time. They charged me 77E for a diagnosis of the problem, which turned out to be completely wrong and would have cost me over 2000E had I gone ahead with the (unnecessary) work. When I got in the car to leave I found that the mechanic had been referring to the owner's manual as he was obviously unfamiliar with the car's electronics.Just recently booked the car in for a routine service using the Braine l'Alleud phone number. Wasn't told at any point that the Braine l'Alleaud garage had been closed down. Ended up driving there only to find it closed with a notice that work had moved to the Waterloo garage. Went into Waterloo and explained that no one had informed me of this but the reception staff couldn't have cared less. Left without getting a service. Wouldn't recommend this garage or an Opel car to anyone.

Good customer service, good cars, but for God's sake, install an Airco inside that small office, in summer we can't breath!.. or buy cars!

Service rapide, personne accueillant et agréable, très sympathique ! Télévision, distributeurs, café, pour nous occuper pendant l'entretien, et petits jeux à disposition pour ceux qui viennent avec leurs enfants.
