I've been a patient of Centre for Chiropractic Care & Massage (Downtown) for over 20 years and can absolutely recommend their services. Dr. Chong is a wonderful chiropractor who addresses my wellbeing in ways that other health practitioners do not. I am a believer of regular chiropractic care and have been well served by Dr. Chong and his associates. I am very happy to have been able to visit them throughout the pandemic, and I am excited to be able to pop out for a quick adjustment now that I am back in the office. I always have a great experience here. Dr. Alan Chong is amazing; not only has he helped my back problems, but has shown me how to be preventative towards future back problems. The underground parking is convenient too if you’re unable to find street parking.

Dr. Chong is my absolute favorite chiropractor.He's so knowledgable that you could just ask him anything for advice.My neck, back and shoulder are killing me these days, after the first two visits, my discomfort dropped from 7 to 2. I would definately recommend his service to anyone in need.

I went to Dr Chong and his team over a year ago with numbness in my right hand that had been persisting for almost a year. As I have fibromyalgia I had never thought that muscles and spine alignment would help. Boy was I wrong!!One year later and we are miles ahead between Chiro and Massage treatments. I can actually sit and stand without a constant ache everyday!The best part of this place though is front desk gal Jen. She’s amazing and works hard to make sure people have apt times that work for them.Also for anyone nervous, Dr Chong got xrays of my neck and spine before touching me to ensure he knew what was going on and that treatment would help!

I visited Centre for Chiropractic Care for a massage after I broke my left foot a couple years ago. When Dr. Chong saw me wobbling in on crutches, he stated that chiropractic could help in the healing process. While I was a believer in what chiropractic care could achieve, I had no idea how quickly it would happen. After just a few short weeks, through both chiropractic adjustments and laser therapy, I was off my crutches and pain-free. And just the other day, my other foot was bothering me from wearing high heels during an evening event. Dr. Chong adjusted my foot and the next day, I had no pain. I was amazed! I highly recommend Dr. Chong as he really does get results!

Dr. Chong has been a great help with back/neck pain and mobility issues. As well as day to day injuries such as wrist pain and discomfort. The receptionist have been very accommodating in finding times that work with a busy schedule.

I have been having a back pain for as long as I remember. I had been to many doctors and got x-rays. Everyone seemed to think that there was not much to worry about. But, my pain wouldn’t go away. After a while it became a part of me. One day I just decided to get help and found Dr. Alan Chong from google reviews. At first, I was a bit apprehensive. But, the doctor cleared all my doubts. We got an x-ray done, and the doctor said that my spine had a concave bend to the left, and the pelvic and tail bones had also shifted their positions. So, he started doing adjustments. After a third adjustment, I was miraculously having no pain. The thing I like about Dr. Chong is that, he answered all my questions. Also, instead of just treating the pain, he asked me to make few changes to my lifestyle, like changing the speed with which I walk, adjusting the height of my monitor ( visibility line), some stretches that can be done in office etc. all of which made sure that my spine received the treatment it deserves all though the day.

These guys are great. Came to see Dr. Chong in the summer after experiencing crippling back pain. After the first session I could feel immediate improvement. Completely changed my day to day functionality after putting up with the back pain for a while.Receptionist is great too. Jennifer is very helpful and easy to coordinate with. Would highly recommend using this practice.

I am now virtually pain free after 15 years of constant neck headaches and I have Dr. Alan Chong to thank. On my arrival, an x-ray was ordered and Dr. Chong was able to see my neck issues. I had never been to a chiropractor and had my reservations but Dr. Chong is a true professional. I have been visiting him regularly for 6 months now and have seen, and felt, a world of difference. And I've gained a 1/2 inch in height!
