Fuad, the owner of Vre Nord Delivery, is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and most importantly- absolutely amazing at what he does. This delivery service is honestly miles ahead of any other service I've used, and I've used a number of them due to my line of work.I gave Fuad the nearly impossible task of helping me collect equipment from 20 different people in 20 different places across the lower mainland, within one week, with less than one weeks notice. Not only did he recover everything and bring it back to me at the office, but he was SO organized! He made itemized lists of everything each person was returning, packaged it all up in secure boxes with cello wrap, and then labeled each package with the persons name and contact information. I was expecting him to just throw the equipment into his vehicle all loosey-goosey and bring it back in a jumble (which is what I'm used to from other companies) but no, it was impeccably organized and secure, and he did all this without me even asking! He’s just that proactive and intuitive. He also provides constant updates with real-time tracking of his location, and responds to questions and inquiries nearly immediately. He also dealt very congenially with a number of delays and frustrating changes, without a single complaint or anything other than a positive attitude and a smile. This is true white-glove service, and I will never use another local delivery company again, personally or professionally.Thanks for being the best Fuad, I hope your company continues to thrive and expand because you truly deserve it!
