Unbelievable bad attitude! As I walked in and treated by aggressive attitude, it is not acceptable. Didn’t get what I wanted, won’t come back again. I am not BEGGING for medication care. Whatever

I'd like to give 0 star if allowed - this clinic dont care about their patients at all. The receptionist tend to dump their anger towards the doctor on their patients. My husband and I have been Dr Humaid's patients for many years since 2017 - Dr Humaid has been great but she left this clinic during COVID. When we called lately to book an appointment, we were told our doctor is no longer here. Although we're still patients of the clinic, they refused to provide any service/direction, or assign us to another doctor at the clinic or even book us as walk in. Basically if your doctor leaves this clinic, they'll throw you out like trash.

I've been to this Clinic a few times. the waiting time varies, as it is a walk in, the waiting time of course depends on how many patients walking in. the clinic is clean. the receptions are polite. the doctors are very nice i have seen a few of them. they patiently talk to you about matters even when the clinic was busy. it is located in a plaza but the parking lot is stand along, so there are a lot of parking. if I have a report, I would call them up instead of waiting for them to call us since it is a walk-in clinic. over all, i think they operate well

This is one of the clinics close to me. When it first opened it was pleasant to go there. As they grew the office started to change. I have restarted going back there and find that the front desk people to be very stern and offish. I was there Saturday 24th June 2020. They need re-training. I have been in the health care profession for 20 years. I have trained all kinds of professionals. This clinic needs and should be rescued.

Not a walk in clinic. Walked in with my child. Clinic is empty. No patients. Need to make a phone consultation appointment. How’s a doctor going to look a patient over the phone? Ridiculous and disgusting approach to patient care

Terrible reception, made the phone call yesterday for booking an appointment, when I check today, the reception says there is no appointment booked for me. The most terrible attitude I have ever received and I’m glad that they don’t book the appointment for me.

The first time here. Based on the reviews, I wasn't too happy about it, but I sure am glad I gave it a try. the only place nearby home open on a sat. Came first thing in the morning. I spoke with the lady at the desk. She's very polite. She set my file up as a new patient set me off to room in minutes.Doctor, very nice and polite.This place is well recommended and will be my walk-in clinic from now on. In and out in 10 min. Thank you!

Dr. Li is very impatient, the patient always have to wait for her 5-10 minutes and never say anything for sorry. But if the patient happens to have a sudden incoming important phone call and can not hang up, she angry said the patient does not respect her, did not arrange the time in advance and let the patient to book another appointment. In fact, it was less than 5 minutes after the appointment time. There was still sorry, but also because of her rude attitude and all disappeared, the rest is only disappointed with this doctor. Canada's health-care system supports these impatient and inexperienced family doctors, who would be as rude and unconscionable as they are now if the health-care system allowed experienced and patient doctors to receive all patients who applied. To be a doctor, you must first have medical ethics.
