Giving a big shout out to the crew at Cheap Thrills Wheels and Tires. We were driving through the Milton area and noticed our vehicle was shaking on the 401. We arrived without an appointment and they were able to accommodate us within a short time. They identified the problem, gave some tips for our vehicle and sent us on our way. Prompt service, friendly crew and we were able to carry on to our destination. Thank you so much!

I have dealt with this business for over 12+ years - a lovely lady named Brenda. I guess when Brenda is not there, these people don't know how to handle things. Have always paid by credit card for a tire switch, but this time, my son was told cash only . When I called to find out why, I was told it has always been this way, which is not true. The owner scolded my son and was extremely rude and threatened to take the tires off his car and he could go somewhere else. When I called back, he was rude, talked over me, accused me of yelling at him and his wife, referred to me as woman" and hung up on me. He and his wife clearly don't care about customer service - they were trying to pocket some cash on a tire switch. It is unfortunate I won't be dealing with them anymore - Brenda was a pleasure to deal with."

Great service. Brenda’s the best at accommodating and customer service is always friendly and helpful. Mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. They pulled out the stops to help me with winter tire swap. Keep up the great work.

Best wheel shop in milton!I will only go to this shop to mount and dismount tires as the staff makes sure the wheel doesn't get scratched or scuffed like most other shops.Machine is basically touchless, very impressed with service provided

Brenda was super patience with me, she gave her time to help me find the right tires within my budget. Very respectful place, and fair pricing. Zack worked really quick to replace my tires, and was very respectful toward my vehicle. Definitely recommend anyone to come replace their tires. :)

The old very rude guy. I think he is suffering from depression. Doesn't know how to talk with the customers. Trying to get my car inside the garage within very tight space and started shouting at me. If i was alone not with my wife he would have seen different me. But also if he ever wants to see different me can reply and i will come to shop again. ALONE
