Amazing service. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rented a couple of kayaks and the girls went above and beyond to get us set up. Definitely recommend the store and will be a returning customer for sure!

We bought a canoe from them and the seat broke halfway through our first trip. When buying it we were told everything was is great working condition. I called the store and they said it is our responsibility to fix the canoe. We were completely mislead into thinking we were buying a quality boat. The rivets attaching the seat to the canoe completely snapped and are now stuck in the holes. It will not be a fix. We are very disappointed. Buyer beware!!!

The Algonquin outfitters in Bracebridge and Huntsville are amazing. The chap in Bracebridge was honest saying he didn't have what we needed in Bracebridge. He directed us to Huntsville. What an awesome experience we had there.Thank you to x-country ski chap, I'm sorry I cant think of your name off hand, but you were so kind, patient and helpful with Courtney. Amazing customer service! Lindsey assisted my husband and I to get everything we needed to prepare for our Dog Sledding the next day. We are from Texas and didn't have any idea what was needed. She was very nice, helpful, and patient with us! I would highly recommend this store and also the prices are very good and it was a plus we got a lot of things on sale due to end of sale clearance for Winter.

For its prime location, the prices are quite reasonable. We picked up a lot of really high quality items. The staff is really personable and friendly!

Andrew is great. He help me pick a great fishing kayak. I emailed him saying what I would like and my budget and he had exactly what I wanted. He also made arrangements that the kayak would be ready for pick up in a location closer my home.
